Myself and the other half came here on New Years Eve as a NYE/Birthday/don't feel like cooking holiday combo and I honestly couldn't have been happier. The 4 course Holiday Menu included a prosecco on arrival and enough choice to actually make it difficult to pick your courses. Also, the 4th course is usually tea/coffee (which is a bit of a rip) but here there was actually a 4th course - starter, soup/sorbet, main & dessert. Delighted. The decor is nicer than your average hotel restaurant, the staff seemed to be genuinely in good form and the food was excellent. My only comment might be that the wine was a touch on the expensive side, but I've come to expect that from Hilton chains. A few drinks in the adjoining bar rounded out the night, again I found it more comfortable and pleasant than your average hotel bar. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Visited the Cinnamon Restaurant for first time it has a lovely Ambience feel to it. The food was lovely, for starters I had Fried Brie Won tons, it was presented lovely. The flavours were just lovely, they were light and crispy. Followed by lamb main. My Husband had fillet Steak for main which was cooked the way he likes it, it was a good quality piece of meat. The staff were lovely and helpful. Good price not to expensive.

I went here for lunch the other day with workmates. Overall, it was a good experience generally. I had the seafood chowder, which was delicious. The prices seemed reasonable enough and the atmosphere was fine, although nothing special. The one problem was that we had some trouble with the service. First, we struggled to get servers to our table when we needed things, such as to order coffees. Secondly, the servers were unhelpful in a few ways. One side of the table got bread and the other didn't. One person had a question about how the food was cooked which was important for his dietary needs, which couldn't be answered. Overall, the experience was good, but not great.

Ate here the other evening and found the place to be buzzing, so we sat outside on the terrace, we ordered drinks Anthony the bar tender recommended some cocktails, my better half had a strawberry daiquiri, i had a death by chocolate, one of my friends informed me that the hotel is built on a site which use to be a chocolate factory, good to see the link with the past and present. To the food, i had a thai beef salad with a bang bang dressing, it was fresh and hit the mark, better half had the smoked haddock and clam chowder, a large bowl of fish soup with a piece of smoked haddock sitting on top with plenty of clams, finished with a peppered cream i had some myself and couldnt fault it, for mains i had the pork belly, with a smashing cheese mash, buttered cabbage with a cider jus, cracking, better half had the thai green chicken curry, with balsmati rice it came with a side of wilted chinnese greens, again it was very authentic, for dessert we had one between two, a strawberry and blueberry meringue with lashings of fresh cream, we finished with coffee, dinner was then washed down with a pitcher of sangria, it was great value at just over seventy euro, a great way to spend a warm friday evening, will return!

visited hotel and was not what I had expected, my first impressions of a hilton hotel that the food will be expressive and atmosphere will be of a very airport lounge type, but was pleasantly impressed, the bar food menu was of a wide range from burgers to 5 different steaks , the music and setting in the bar was great and easyto relax, service of the staff was great , friendly and helpfull and the food is what you would expect from a Hilton Hotel but the value was great.they have specails on every day so it was avertised!Monday we went was seafood night and the selection was great , had the tuna steak and it was well worth the trip into there.specails on wines and cocktials so my guest and I had a great varity to choose from great pints, selection of spirits, wines and cocktails.Visited alot of hotels in dublin area and this is the best I had in a long time.they really know what the there guest are looking for.thanks to all the staff in the day and will be back agian!!

I went here today with a group of work friends. I had the soup of the day which was mediterranean vegitable - quite tasty. The tomato and parmesan bruschetta was also tasty but looked more filling than it was. Chowder was reportedly tasteless, however the sandwiches went down well. A little quiet at lunch time, but service was good. One drink was left off the order and proved a little difficult to get but that was the only fault. Soup and bruschetta were 4.95 each, sandwiches a little more at 10-12 euro.
