Third time visiting, and food quality totally slipped, so disappointed. They have a good value set menu, as we were celebrating we went off that and that was a disaster, lamb steak tough and inedible (in fairness when complained they didnt charge) partner got duck grey in colour and skin not crispy! Regret would put me off going again. Staff lovely though.

Went here for lunch on Friday. They have a Fantastic lunch special 2 courses for €10.00.. I had the muscles to start, expected the starter to be tiny but it was a nice size bowel of muscles with crusty white bread - not to little or too much. For main I had the Pizza - Thin crust oven pizza which was really good - only complaint was there was probably a little too much oil on it for my liking. Lunch deal also comes with Tea/Coffee so really great value for money will definitely be going back for lunch again and possibly dinner also.

An OK Italian restaurant. Noting special. Visited with my friend during the week. Ths starter was good but the main course was a big letdown. I ordered chicken volenta and I got a small breast of chicken in the middle of the plate with 4 small pieces of potatoe chips organised around the plate in what can be only descibed as an awful presentation. Left the restaurant starving. Its hit and miss with this restaurant. Sometimes good and sometime bad

My friend was there and said the place and the food was lovely but it took ages for the food to arrive, so we came very early for lunch and were not dissapointed. Lunch offer is good, my starter and pizza were very good, my friend had a pasta special - it was nice but had to share some of my pizza. Tiramisu was amazing. Sevice was OK considering the restaurant was full and only 2 waiters. Will come back

I 've been there a couple of time with my family and I really enjoyed their pizza and the pasta is like my mum can cook. The menu is complete and they offer a very good selection of wines. It's not expensive for the food that they serve and the service is good as well. They love to advice customers about the food and give them suggestion. One of the most tasty and nice italian restaurant of Dublin . I would advice tourist visting Kilmainham jail to have a short walk to this restaurant and try a taste of Italy in Dublin.

Visited Wallaces and ordered a starter and main course. Started was fine, main course was totally awful. The pasta had obviously been sitting around, sauce was bland and meal was very small and pretty tasteless overall. Service also left a lot to be desired. The waitor was very arrogant and argumentative with me. Even followed me outside the door to continue arguing about the meal. Which I had to send back! Was tired that day and really just wanted a quiet meal. I left wallace's hungry and weary. Worst customer services experience that I have ever had. Worst main course I have ever been served!!! Totally disappointing, this restaurant used to be quite nice. Not sure what is going on now. Had all the hallmarks of a business in crisis! To be avoided at all costs!

Myself and my wife ate here a few weeks back, we went mid week so it wasn't too busy. The food tasted fresh and was well cooked, although we thought they could do with a wider range of options on the menu. There is a nice relaxing atmosphere, the service and the staff were fantastic - if it is very cold out I would request a seat away from the door as it seems to hit you. Overall I highly recommend it!

My wife and I dropped in without a booking, on the Bank Holiday weekend and were warmly welcomed. I had the Crostini Med to start, and my wife had the Goats Cheese. These both arrived quickly and were complemented by the good red house wine. For Mains, I had the Pasta Arrabbiata, a favourite of mine from Enoteca's sister restaurant in town. My wife went for the Pumpkin Raviolis, a nice seasonal twist on the menu, and well recommended by our friendly, but busy, waitress. We then shared a Tiramasu. All our food was very tasty, made from fresh ingredients, and the atmosphere was distinctly Italian, helped by the display of wine bottles on the walls.
