Brought my mum there today before the king and I absolutely disgusted with the sub standard of the food not even salt and pepper on the table food burnt and mum's over priced bolognese cold did not want to make a scene as it was a treat for her 90th. Never again cannot understand these foodies praising food like this.

The atmosphere was buzzing here with pre theatre customers. Food lovely although lacking a bit with chicken portions in the caser salad. Staff very attentive

Great place to bring kids for pre theatre treat. Staff happy to serve dessert to a child who couldn't wait for me to finish my main cousre. Also I was pleased with the healthy drinks options for the children. I'm not sure I recommend it for a quiet adult meal.

Staff very rude. Walked in door and 2 staff at desk laughing and joking, completely ignored us, then the 2 staff walked down to a table of 2 to give cutlery before coming back to acknowledge us nBooking made through menu pages, not found on arrival. Staff insisted 3 times I must have booked somewhere else. Refused to accommodate booking. Very unprofessional

My friend and I went here after a performance. The staff were a pleasure to be served by. The names on the menu were very much Italian after all its an Italian chain. heheeh. I first started off with a dish with tomatoes in a circular shape with Pesto on it and a Buffalo or Bula in Italian Cheese. Oh it was heaven. Then it was time for the main course. This by far was delicious especially the Garlic Bread. I was offered this with a Al Forne. Again I can't quite recall the names of the dishes. Then afterwards, for dessert I had a Tiramasu and a scrumtpious Super Fruit Green Tea. Awww it was heaven.

Milanos at grand Canal Quay is a perfect place to eat before a show at the Bord gais, menu is big and varied, staff are friendly and helpful. the pizzas are top rate, I love the thin crust and the polenta chips. Also like the idea of the coffee and mini desert combo.

Booked through menu pages and when we arrived they said they did not have our booking. We quoted the reference number and still claimed they had no booking. After a lot of negotiation they finally found us a table. After that all went well. Great atmosphere, food and service wa s great. But wonder why our booking was not on their system??
