Very disappointing and not that cheap. Service was friendly but really really slow. Food was very disappointing. Pizza was stone cold and had to be sent back for a reheat. It was very bland and very light on toppings. King Prawn Linguine was tasty to be fair. Kids meal of garlic bread and plaice goujons. Bread was not garlicky and the fish was bland served with potatoes dripping in oil. Not good - we won't be back unfortunately.

Very disappointed with overall service & atmosphere being very poor. Have been to Suffolk Street a few times & much prefer staff & service there compared to Dundrum. We wont be back here again...

This was our first time to visit this restaurant and I am afraid it will be the last. Myself and my husband ordered risotto I had sea food and he had chicken. The chicken was fair but the sea food was flavourless and the calamari was like rubber. I will say the staff were friendly and efficient.

I dined here with my partner for a late lunch on Saturday. We are both fans of the chain in the UK and new it could be relied upon for good food. However, while the food was good and (relatively) reasonably priced (2 alcholic drinks, 1 starter and 2 mains = 50 euro). We were let down by the very poor service and would rethink dining here again. Despite lots of staff and a quiet restaurant, they seem so reluctant to serve our table at all. They didn't clear our plates between starter and main, we had to stack them on the table next to us. Then after giving us a dessert menu never came back to take our order. We kept trying to catch their attention but they just wouldn't stop. After half an hour of waiting, we decided to give up on ordering dessert and another drink and went up to the bar to pay. It's a shame because the food really is lovely but I found myself getting so wound up by them doing everything but helping customers that I would be reluctant to return to this particular branch.
