from the minute we walked in the door we were made to feel welcome, the kids were treated with the utmost respect. the atmosphere was amazing and the place was so busy there was a queue out the door. but when you a table and your food is placed in front of you....its completely worth it. the kids loved their mini sliders. we have absolutely no complaints at all and we hope to be back again sometime in the very near future :)

Always packed here when I come! I love the food! Service can be a bit slow but the waiters are always racing around. Think they could do with one or two more on duty. Very polite and friendly.

Yummy salad and great sauces but the service was very slow! Some sides had to be asked for twice and we waited 25mins for a milkshake. There seemed to be a lot of servers but not much service

service appaling. all the staff were bothered about was there own image. No contact with customers. Food was excellent. While waiting for food noticed 2 customers waiting to be seated while a gentleman sitting at counter on a lap top with 2 ladies. One of the ladies was defintely staff as I seen her taking charge later in the afternoon. All in all the staff (Girls) on the floor were not in control of their job. The customers did not exist. We had a 2 year old with us and we asked the lady to put her left over food in a container to take home. She said sure but instead of coming back she went off duty and left the building. The lady who originally took our order saw the food and asked was it finished. We again asked for it to be packed up and she arrived back with an empty container and a brown paper bag and left it on the table. Not one of the staff asked if our food was ok and if we required any other assistance. On a positive note the gentleman on the floor was not involved in this situation, but if you look back over your fotish for the day you will know who served us.

Our table were not cleaned properly and felt sticky - entire food order was cold - Manageress was pleasant and apologised for cold food and said she would have the order remade - We were very disappointed as we have been there several times before and had a great experience. Obviously lazy staff on bank holiday Monday - dirty mop head left on floor inside main door to toilet area

My favourite place to eat in Dundrum. I love the choice on the burger menu and always find the food to be really good quality and value. The desserts are delicious and the place is always buzzing.

Lovely food - very generous portions. I had the burger in a bowl and it was filled to the top. The restaurant was really busy and had a constant queue for the entire time I was there. Very good value for money.

Popped in yesterday for a quick dinner before the cinema. It was completely full but the service was still good and food arrived quickly. We shared wings and a mixed plate of chips, sweet potato fries and onion strings. Everything was delicious as usual and for under €20 total we were both absolutely stuffed!

Uhmm... The burger taste fine. A bit pricy. The atmosphere is great with the nice music. The side is too small. However, I would like to come back again to have a try again. Hope they would improve the quality. Thank you anyway. :-)

Don't expect a warm welcome if there's only two of you! Visited on a rainy Thursday afternoon; restaurant about half full. Asked if we could have a table along the side of the room, as all the available two-person tables were in the rather exposed space in the middle of the floor. Were categorically refused one of the two available four-person tables, due to 'restaurant policy', despite total absence of other waiting parties at the time. When asked outright if they would really turn away two potential customers on the off-chance that four others would appear, neither waitress nor manager seemed to care and robotically reiterated their 'restaurant policy'. Took our business to one of the numerous other restaurants in the centre. Certainly won't be back for this appalling level of customer service!

This is our favourite spot to grab a very tasty burger and sweet potato fries, we have been many times and definitely will be back again. I love the idea of building your own burger and it is always cooked to perfection - and it is sooooo tasty. Sweet potato fries come with a delicious diping sauce, deadly combination! Dessert would usually be the vanilla malt (we always share our desserts if we have them as the malt in particular is huge) and we have tried the brownie and cheescake, which both come with more ice cream on the side. Very tasty indeed. If possible try to get a table on the right from the entrance as the door never really shuts (the place is very busy) so there is always that bit of a draft coming in. Last time we visited the place was so busy that we decided to eat outside. While it was not very cold, as the evening progressed, it got quite chilly and we found the heaters not effective at all. The table was also not wiped after we sat down.
