Where do I begin this tale of horror! We asked for three roast beef dinners the girl said that they only had enough roast beef left for two portions (this was 2 o'clock in the afternoon) My mother and aunt took the dinners and I had a tuna roll which was smelled. The roast dinners were cold and when we told the staff this they plonked it in the microwave! We walked out.Terrible service and food

Had lunch here with my sister one day last week. I asked for roast beef, cabbage, mash potato and gravy all over. My sister asked for chips, coleslaw and sausages. I was served by a man and when the girl was plating up my sisters food she started to pour gravy over it! My sister said I didnt ask you for gravy and the girl snapped and said "you asked for gravy all over". My sister told her that it was actually me who asked the man for gravy all over my roast dinner so the girl tutted and threw the plate to the side. She was so rude. She gave my sister the coleslaw seperate on a warm plate so it was rotten. The food was just about edible but nothing worth bragging about. The 7up out of the machine was like gassy water. I didnt feel great after it so doubt ill be going back.

I went here for lunch and ordered a salad sandwich and chips for side salad as the hot food that was on offer looked like it had been lying there since the day before which completely turned me off. The service was very bad and there were long queues that just were not moving so it felt plus the staff were chatting away despite the big long queue. I would have left only my friend was very hungry and needed food. The sandwich itself was average but the chips were full of grease and I couldnt eat too many of them. The food was bad value for money or the food that was been offered. I will not return again.
