So disappointed with the eggs benedict. Arrived cold and the hollandaise was really unpleasant - they felt the need to add some sort of hot sauce to it (though not very hot!) which made it worse! In fairness we did point out that we really didn't like it and there was no charge which was very much appreciated and I would return because of this - I'd just order something else!

It was my first time eating here & I wanted to share my fab experience. Starting with the staff being very friendly and accomadating and really nice vibe. I came at a quiet time which still had a really enjoyable feel to the evening. My food was stunning!!! The chicken wings are Devine! So yummy & the portions are really big for good value. We also got cod tacos and sides which were delicious. To sum my culinary experience it was 10/10 & I will be back!

I've eaten here a couple of times and it has some of the tastiest burgers around. Big portions so good value - I haven't left here without a doggie bag yet. Plenty of gluten free options. Love the Blondie dessert (recommend if you like nuts). Seating is a little tight for parties bigger than four so book in advance to get good seating.

A busy Sunday brunch time and the staff were under pressure. Small tables set very close together. The staff were friendly enough however the level of service was well below expectation. Our waiter, who didn't write down our very specific order, just didn't get it right. Apologies from the manager who said he was new and hadn't great English is not good enough when paying their prices. Some of the food was cold. Wrong order delivered (twice), items order never appeared at all but did appear on our bill. The barista was obviously in training as we observed her pace whilst making the various coffee orders. Appalling to see her placing her hands inside the rim of cups before serving to customers. I definitely would not go back.

We've just had dinner at Farmer Browns and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. My husband had the Massey Ferguson burger, and I had the Zetor burger - both absolutely delicious! It's a small restaurant but it's cosy and the decor is nice and quirky! Would definitely recommend.

Once again, simply excellent. My wife and myself have visited Farmer browns at least a dozen times, and we have never left disappointed. We have been their as part of group, with friends and family, and on our own.. Every time, and including everybody in our group, always leaving with a big smile. My favorites are the burgers, which I have with sweet potato fries, and any of the desserts, which are always freshly made and generous in size. This is my second review for this awesome spot in Bath avenue, and I happily reconfirm my strongest recommendation for it.

We had a fantastic night at my neices hens party. Grace and Ciara made us feel so welcome in this beautiful quaint little restaurant. Food was amazing and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Totally recommended for an intimate family/friends night out. Girls we will be back very soon for more of your yummy food and authentic craft beer. Ann fitz. Xxxxx

I have been here a few times now during lunch time. You need to make a reservation on a Friday as it's really busy which is a great sign. Usually, we are seated within 5 minutes but from there the service is so so so slow. By the time you receive your food, it's almost time to go back to work and then you have to rush your food. The food is really nice there but I wouldn't go back because of the service.

Having read the rave reviews, I booked a birthday celebration dinner for 5 family members at 5pm on Saturday and pre-ordered a chocolate Birthday cake, which I was told would be cooked by the chef. The restaurant was quite empty and quiet when we arrived because Brunch had just finished and preparations were underway for the Dinner rush. No problem there. We ordered starters of B-B-Q ribs and Chicken Wings which arrived smothered in B-B-Q sauce and were served overcooked, dry and luke warm. They tasted like they had been pre-cooked, left to cool and then heated up again just before serving. Two of our party ordered the Battered Fish dish and 2 others ordered the Cajun Chicken Burger. Side orders included 2 x Crispy Onions and 2 x French Fries. Everything that was cooked in oil, i.e. the Battered Fish, Crispy Onions and French Fries must have been cooked in old, burnt oil. Everything came to the table looking burnt and taste wise, we were left with a lingering rancid taste for hours afterwards. I suffered heartburn afterwards. The batter on the fish was burnt and served luke warm, not to mention that it was definitely not fresh fish. The Cajun Chicken was nicely cooked, but the chicken breast was smothered under a gooey thick avocado dressing. Not much on the plate was edible with the exception of the chicken. Only one of our party managed to order an edible dish. Our plates were returned half eaten. Finally, we waited an age for the surprise Birthday cake, which, by the time it arrived, was no longer a surprise nor was it freshly baked, as ordered. It was dry, and dare I say, it looked shop bought. What a disappointment! I really resented paying for such slop!

Fantastic litte place. Food is very good and it's fun to look around at all the little trinkets on the wall. It's literally like sitting in somebody's grannys house for tea. Weekend Brunch is fantastic, portions are enormous and great value for money. Dinner is good and the €5 corkage is great value. I will definitely be back.

What a find, and right next to our doorstep.. Farmer Browns is an intimate, nicely decorated restaurant, that serves brilliant food, which is very reasonably priced. What more can you wish for? We had a Burger and Mussels as mains, which both were really generous, and mouth watering good - yet best was still to come in heavenly good Apple tart. Applet tart was heated, and served with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and fresh berries. What a fantastic combination, and even though it was very generous in size, we were left grieving for more, as it was sooooo goood.. Book a table to secure getting in, as this is not a big restaurant. When you get in, go for anything in the menu, I am sure you will love what you will be served. We will definitely be going back.
