Lovely Little Place to Relax.. Its Friendly and staff are nice.. Food is very good but could do with a little more on the menu... I was there before and the menu never changed .. The chef needs to relax a bit as i was leaving chef was giving out to waitress... But other than that i would recommend it.. Maybe they could do breakfast specials...

Food is always fresh and prepared with care. Tastes wonderful and very filling. Limited menu which never seems to change. Nicely decorated but let down by dour staff, needs some personality to add life to the place. A pity because because the place has a lot of plus points. A few more smiles please !!!

Went to buy a bicycle and The Cottage beckoned from across the road! We had roasted red pepper soup, a fritatta, panini to share - boys wanted two diff fillings and there was no problem making this up. Good coffee and lovely home baked goodies - chocolate slice with walnuts and fruit (YUM), cup cakes and apple slices with cream. This place never fails to please :-)

We headed out for lunch yesterday and we headed to The Cottage. I had the chicken sandwich with peppers & mayo pesto on a choice of bread(olive). My hubbie had club sandwich. We both enjoyed our lunch and as always I couldn't resist the cupcakes. There is always a good choice of specials of salads and mains courses. And of course the cakes mmmmmmmmmmm.......... I always enjoy a visit to The Cottage. ps can be busy at lunchtime so would book a table.

Have lunch here regularly provided it's not too busy. Everything is freshly prepared and tasty. Their quiche is very good. Try it for lunch or afternoon cakes!

The Cottage is truly unbeatable for a delicious lunch in Swords. They have a really wide range of fresh home cooked salads, main courses and desserts, in lovely surroundings. In particular I would recommend the salads. I ate here with a large group from work, the service was excellent and everyone was very happy with their food. Great value!

I loved it, went for a lunch this week. Their menu is very different than what you find every where. And also, it's very cheap, the service is great, and the food is lovely and tasty. Can't wait to go back!

I went there for lunch with a friend & both of us loved the place. The food is really tasty & the service is fairly quick + it is very good value. My friend got a goat cheese & sun dried tomatoes tart & I got 3 types of "salad of the day", & all was very nice. Perfect place for lunch, I would definitely recommend it! NB don't try their coffee though, it is not the best...

I am a regular at The Cottage and intend to be so for a very long time due to the excellent food and service I have received so far. This restaurant is Swords’ best kept secret as it is tucked away in one of the lanes off the main street, yet, it still bustles busily along during the day adding to a great atmosphere. The food is very reasonable - always good quality ingredients and fresh - there is plenty of choice for both vegetarians and carnivores alike. I highly recommend the goat’s cheese (or bacon and blue cheese!) savoury tarts, the gorgeous pizza bases, and, if you’re prepared to linger a little longer, the Aussie Pie. But the real clincher is that The Cottage surely serves the best cappuccinos in Swords and possibly the whole of Dublin North too!
