This is my favourite Eddie Rockets branch by miles. All branches seem to be pretty busy but this is one that moves quickly, we've never been queuing long, they have a lot of two-seater booths so perfect for couples. The staff are lovely and really friendly, very attentive. Once you're seated you're never left waiting for a waiter/waitress to take your order. They're helpful and the food is always cooked and presented perfectly. They're definitely the most accommodating branch with requirements and extra portions. It's always pretty busy as I said but it's never too loud to have a conversation. Love visiting this branch, I visit a lot too!

This Eddie rockets (Santry) was very busy. However the wait wasn't too long before we were seated and the food only took about 15 minutes and was yum. Once we were seated we got moved to another table which was a tad annoying as the table we got moved to was possibly the worst seating in the place and quite cramped however to be fair with the servers they did ask if we minded and said we didn't have to move if we didn't want but we felt a little pressure due to the lady behind making it clear which table she wanted to be seated at ect and the place was packed so not much options. Our server was a lady called Demi (name tag) my friends and I all agreed that she was the first person in customer service in a very long time that actually looked happy in her job. She was super friendly and is a credit to your team. Sadly its quite a rare occurrence so I decided to leave a review. She turned our negative vibe around and was just great at her job, being so helpful and pleasant. Your other staff member also seemed polite. Menu wise it was quite annoying you don't have the upgrade €4 drink and chips add on for your hotdogs so I thought my meal was very over priced at €15 when I went to pay.

Brought the kids here this afternoon- one who loves nachos. His bowl was completly sodden with a liquid cheese sauce, the nachos were floating ! The cheese sauce was woeful not at all what we expected and we left it behind. Anyway the place was very busy so no one ever came back after dropping the food off or caught our eye. The rest of the food was good and I gave him my chips so he didn't starve. I mentioned it when paying but the young girl just said she was really sorry about that. I'd be reluctant to go again. Also the place was very cold espcially near the door (it has been an awful day weather wise in truth).

Have been there a couple of times. The atmosphere is quite good, in relation to the theme. The service is however quite bad, with long waits and delays and there are always problems with the check. The food is good, but well overpriced.

Perfect location to give yourself a treat for before or after a cinema trip. The staff were friendly and polite. It was packed so the service was a little slow. The new menu with the sliders makes it really affordable. The food as always was yummy, its nice fast food! And with a malt to wash it all down, its perfect for a quick bite to eat!

What can i say... Eddie Rockets, who doesn't love it. Great location for a quick bite to eat after cinema or shopping. service is good, could be better though. I find whenever i visit this particular restaurant i'm usually standing a few minutes before being seated. and then usually left looking for a waiter when i want to place an order. But once you get your meal, the burgers are scrumptious, the garlic cheese chips is to die for and what better way to wash it all down than with a famous Eddie Rockets milkshake. Need i say more...

My sister and I went here last Saturday after the cinema. We;ve been to this particular branch many times and it usually fairly good. Their new red basket menu is good value. The place was packed when we got there this time and we were offered a place at the counter, We said we would prefer to sit in a booth and they said they would move us once one was available. A table did become available a few minutes later but our server gave it to two people whi had just arrived, which was annoying. Howvever she did move us after we pointed this out to her. Otherwise decent meal and they probably do the beat burger of any of the gourmet burger/diner tupe places.

I am a regular customer here and I am never disappointed with the food. 95% of the time the service is very good but on the odd occasion it can be a bit scattered. Today however the service was fine. The food ( I had 4 slider burgers with fries and my companion had a cheese burger with bacon and cheese fries) was most enjoyable, fresh and piping hot. The location of this branch is very handy for both the neighbouring cinema and omni shopping centre. The atmosphere is always good with great music playing and a customer base of mixed ages. Eddie Rockets now have a new menu with an excellent choice of food to suit all. I love the food in Eddies however the price can be a little on the dear side. I would recommend you to visit here you wont be disappointed.

Food always good and service was also fast, but noise level unacceptable. Conversation was impossible. Wouldn't go back to this particular branch.

Eddie's is the best, the new menu is rwally good . Im glad there's more choice and the sweet potato fries are to die for. The only problem was that we waiting for ages before our order was taken, they weren't busy and people who came in after us were served food before our order was taken. the watress on our side just seemed to be away in fairy lasn. Apart from the service it was great as usual

Eddie Rockets you get exactly what you see on the menu. Cheap and cheerful american diner style restaurant. They have extended the menu over the last couple of months. I'll stick to the old time favourties, cheese please burger, garlic and chees fries and a vanilla malt. Disappointed they stopped serving the banana milkshake.
