Brought my Mother and sister for lunch to the Cinnabar today.nHad been there before and enjoyed the food.nMum's favourite is the fish/chips and peas, washed down with a cup of tea, so we ordered the same for the three of us.nFish and chips with peas X 3, and a pot of tea was €61-95.nFar too rich for our league folks.

We ended up here on saturday night as group of 6 after a disaster in Oka restaurant beside it. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was good and atmosphere was good also. All agreed they would definitely return again .

The bar was busy but not overcrowded, so there was a good buzz while still being able to talk comfortably. Our service was attentive and polite. Our only fault was that once we were finished it was hard to get someone's attention so we could pay the bill, but during our meal we were really pleased with the staff. The menu isn't very extensive, but it is a bar, not a restaurant. There are about 10 main courses to choose from. There is also a good range of sandwiches and wraps if you're so inclined. Our food was really tasty and generously portioned. The chilli con carne tasted nice and warming and the singapore noodles were as good as I've had anywhere. The desserts (death by chocolate and sticky toffee pudding) were also really nice. I thought the menu was a touch on the expensive side for a bar. We paid over €3 each for plain black coffees, which was pretty dear. The food prices weren't so bad, though. Overall, we had a good experience here and will be back

Took a group of 20 people from work here to do our secret santa the week before christmas week. They reserved large area for us and the service was good for the number of people we had. Eveyone enjoyed the selection of burgers, chicken skewers and noodles - good, no nonsense bar food. Not the cheapest but overall a great spot for this type of occasion.

I hadn't eaten here for ages but I have actually eaten twice here in the last month. The service I recieved (from the same server on each visit) was both pleasant and efficient. On both occasions I found the food of a good standard. The first time I had a burger and the second time a made to order sandwich with a bacon and lentil soup. The menu offers a good choice of dishes. I would attend here again based on my last two visits.

Used to be a regular visitor for lunch (due to working near by and nothing else being around) and I hate to start on a negative note but I have never had an event free lunch here - given completely the wrong order, a rude waitress who snapped my glass away when I complained my glass tasted strongly of soap. Worse still a lot of food not garnished as described in the menu. For example, a burger with melted Cheddar cheese substituted for Gruyere as described on the menu. This is to me a management issue and the attitude comes from the top down I'm afraid. In support of this when I asked about the cheese on my burger the waitress giggled and said I'll check" without ever coming back. All the while the manager was standing beside her, of course he was busy counting money in the till. Sloppy! And needs a wake up call.

Met some friends here for dinner and have been for lunch a couple of times. The atmosphere is very typical of a hotel bar, as is the menu, and can be packed with conference groups or other groups. Food was good but the sandwich menu is a little overpriced for what you get. Burgers are good though. Nice place to meet friends for coffee but I wouldnt be rushing back here for dinner

I like coming here for their aromatic coffee and lunch. I would not choose it as an "evening out" type of place. They have a nice variety of sandwiches and salads, and that is exactly what i prefer in the afternoon!!!! I do wish for their salads to be served with warm chicken and not cold, but you can't change the menu. Other than that i have not been disappointed with their food.

Called in on a Friday evening and the bar was packed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We just vegetarian Singapore noodles and beef burger (massive) one pint and one glass of wine total cost €54!! Very expensive for what we got. It was the most expensive glass of wine I've ever had certainly! It was very difficult to hear each other, the bar was packed which was ok but it was the acoustics of the bar strange...

Got two lamb burgers which were very nice, the chips were typical hotel frozen types. Service was the let down with all tables being messy and very slow.

Cinnabar is a good place to go out if you want a pint with eating something simple. The prices are a bit high and the atmosphere is only moody when there is football on Tv, so the bar is crowded. But the staff is always on the top, there are some beautiful waitresses and some funny waiters. I think it`s a must for the staff to be happy all the time. Overall: Go there with some friends before a party, or for a business lunch, but not for family occasion. If you want to eat something nice, try the stir-fry chicken or the Singapore noodles. I can recommend the burgers as well, huge ones.
