Rang to book a table for myself and my husband. Asked what time their last booking was. Was reluctantly told 11pm and repeatedly reminded we must vacate the premises by 12pm. Upon arrival our orders were taken for food however we had to ask for a drink as it wasn't offered. Our starters arrived separately. Our mains were thick and lumpy and most certainly reheats. My husband asked for an extra portion of chicken balls. His order was taken an another person returned to tell us the extra cost. not sure why she felt the need. We finished and paid for our meal before 12. As we sat putting on our coats one very rude member of staff asked did my husband need a paper cup for his last sip of wine. It was evident they didn't want our booking from go. The food like their delivery service is inconsistent and the staff were extremely rude. We will not be returning here again.

I normally get takeaway. They do really good deals. Food is very tasty. I can recommend the salt and chilly chicken.

We went to this restaurant for our Christmas Lunch before breaking up for the Holidays. I was Horrified at the treatment we got while in the restaurant. When we arrived we ordered. Then for the next hour our food was brought out in drips and drabs. Some people were still only getting starters when others were finished their main. They also got a lot of orders wrong!! When we went to pay the man at at the till was the most ignorant person I have ever met. He threw the bill at us. When we were paying we noticed we were over charged by 27 euro! When i spoke to the main about this he shouted ill be there in a minute. He then set every table in the restaurant before coming over, grabing the bill and throwing it over the counter to the girl behind, he never said sorry. I will never be going here again, i wont be recommending it and i will be telling everyone how awful this place is. It was disgusting the treatment we got. These people should not be let work with animals let alone people!! It ruined the lunch!!!

Went here on Saturday night for a meal with friends for a Birthday. Very lively restaurant with Karoke and atmosphere was buzzing. Great value tasty food we had a four course meal for €16 per person which I think is amazing! A friend who lives locally recommends the take away from here also. Great for families and friends but would not recommend for romantic nights or elderly people as this is a very lively restaurant!

We've ordered take-away from here a few times, it's not bad. Good value and they throw a few freebies when you spend over certain amounts. Delivery is also very quick. Never been in for a sit down, seems to attract a less than desireable crowd at the weekends, (can be seen smoking outside the front door) which is off putting.

I went to the Royal Plaza tonight for an ealry bird. It is €16.90 for 3 courses and tea or coffee. I have been here a few times previously & have been less impressed each time. But tonight I was least impressed. When we got in I felt the place was a bit shabby. We ordered our drinks and starter. The starter arrived within seconds of ordering it so it wasnt cooked fresh, The sauce on mine was Sweet Chilli Sauce from a jar. It was glupy and thick. When the 2 main courses arrived we shared them and i would say that both sauces were glupy and certainly not freshly cooked. I had a Thai Green Curry and it was not the best i had tasted. I was disappointed tonight and I can safely say that is the last time I will be going there.

Had lunch here on Friday. Having passed this restaurant several times was curious to see what it was like. I'm sorry I bothered to try it. It was dismal. The restaurant itself looks ok but could do with a face life. There were signs on the wall warning customers that only drink bought on the premises could be consumed there. Another sign mentioned CCTV coverage and yet another that you must be over 18 to order alcohol. What is going on here???? The food was a travesty. Sweet and sour chicken was gloopy and slimy with little flavour. Everything tasted as though it had been cooked earlier and reheated. We didn't eat much and left quickly and nobody asked why. As long as we paid our bill, they really didn't care! Needless to say, I won't be back!

Had dinner here with a group of friends. The entrance to the restaurant and stairs is a bit dismal but the restaurant itself was pleasant with a nice atmosphere, Staff were friendly and attentive. Portions were large, with starters big enough to be shared with 2 people. I had a delicious crispy chicken dish, which was spicy and sweet at the same time , I loved it. There was an all in dinner menu with plenty of choice which was excellent value. Big dishes of fried rice were passed around Coffee was not great, but apart from that was pleasantly surprised.

Very nice place to eat, I live nearby and regularly order a take away from it. The lunch menu is very good value, portion size is also good. Staff can hound a little bit though. Would definitely recommend it for a nice meal though midweek and on lunch menus the atmosphere can be low.

This is a lovely place to eat out... if you're with your partner or with a group of friends... I would highly recommend it. It's reasonably priced, the food is excellent and the service is good too... we were there at 8.00pm in the evening and had ordered our starter and bottle of wine and the starter was out within 5 minutes... Our main courses were delicious, he had Chicken Satay and I had Prawns in Black Bean Sauce with Green Peppers... both were very tasty with lots of Chicken and Prawns. Everything was so fresh. Will definitely eat here again.

As Chinese restaurants go this one is really quite good! The food is incredible. The shredded crispy chicken dishes are great! The restaurant itself is really nice and has a really comfortable feel about it but like most Chinese restaurants the service is different. The staff are very attentive but are not pleasant or chatty. I would definitely not let that put you off going to this restaurant as it really is wonderful! The Karaoke on the weekend is a bit hilarious but if you like that sort of thing then its great!

We visit this restaurant quite a lot as it is very close to our house and we have never had a bad meal there. Last time we both went for the early bird menu, €16.90 for starter, main, ice-cream and coffee, very good value. I find the staff a bit of a hit and miss, i dont think they are rude, as it has been said here, i just think they are not chatty and smiley but they always treated us well.
