I popped in here for a quick lunch last Saturday and couldn't believe how poor the food/service was. Soup came with processed sliced pan slices (hardly the healthiest option in this day and age) and when that was refused no other option was actively offered. The soup itself was almost inedible - unless my taste buds have abandoned me completely the 'tomato' soup contained a frightening amount of sugar. To cap it all off, if the coffee was any weaker it would have arrived on a stretcher! Never again

Nicest sandwiches in the area! The chicken whoopie and munchie brunchie are absolutely to die for. The service is generally quick even though the place really gets busy at lunch. The main flaw at munchies drumcondra is the lack of seating inside. They do however have seating out the back and front which is fab for a nice day. I have made many return trips to munchies but it's not the best place if your on any sort of budget.
