Monday, early bird, first in to restaurant -hence the low score on atmosphere. Early bird menu had great variety and good size portions. Staff very pleasant and efficient.

Second time to eat here. Staff were very welcoming and we both got a complimentary glass of Sangria on arrival. Ordered our food which was lovely but it arrived very quickly after ordering which I am always a bit suspicious of. The menu in general was a bit expensive for Tapas as you need to 3 or 4 each. I have been to other tapas places where the portions were bigger and less expensive. We had in total 7 Tapas and 4 drinks each and the Total Bill was €103 The staff were very courteous at all times but I think if I go back it will be fore the early bird which is only €20 for 5 tapas.

Service, atmosphere and décor were all lovely. We had two small children with us and there was plenty to suit them on the menu. While the food was very tasty the portions were a bit too small to share, which to my mind, takes some of the fun out of tapas. We had hummus, steak, meat balls, spinach stuffed filo pastry (about the size of two small samosas), potato bravas, a portion of chips, a bread basket (€2.50), (and something else involving lamb) two complimentary sangrias, two beers, two cordials and one glass of wine. The bill came to €78. We didn't stay for desert because the kids were tired (and we thought that we had done well to get an hour and a half out of them). We were full and the experience was very pleasant...high praise from a woman with a toddler. I'll definitely return to try the deserts.

Ate with a friend on the recommendation of my parents. Service was extremely pleasant and professional. We shared six dishes between us. We both really enjoyed the food. The atmosphere was very god indeed. Overall an excellent dining experience. Highly commended.

Heard mixed reviews about Casa Del Toro and decided to give it a try. Staff were very welcoming and we got a small glass of Sangria on arrival. Ordered our food which I have got to say was nice and came out hot but very quickly after ordering. We felt that the menu in general was very pricey for Tapas as there are so many other places in Drumcondra where you can have a proper meal for the same price as we paid. We had in total 7 Tapas and a Bottle of wine and the Total Bill was €80. The staff were very courteous at all times but I cant see ourselves returning as we felt it is value for money.

Having heard so many differences of opinion about Casa Del Toro decided to visit ourselves to find out. We were made very welcome when we arrived and were served a glass of Sangria on the house. We ordered 3 Tapas each and were disappointed that the selection on the menu was so confined. The cheapest Tapas was Approx €5 rising to €12.5 which is dear for a Tapas. Having said that the food was nice and hot but we were in and out of the place in an hour which to me is a bit quick. Our bill including a bottle of wine was €80.00 which i thought was a bit expensive for Tapas. I left the restauraunt feeling a bit ripped off and with so much competition in the area cannot see this place surviving at the prices they are charging which is a pity as the food is good.

We chose from the Earlybird menu and the food was DELICIOUS! Their chocolate ganache is glorious! Waiter was very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed dining here and would highly recommend it for the single, couple, family or lunchtime meeting experience!
