Second time here and another excellent experience. The staff who i remembered from when i was last there a year ago are friendly and helpful. The head waiter comes over to briefly and cheerfully explain the menu and the veg and side accompaniments etc. There is such a broad selection of mains and starters that you cant be stuck for choice. The food is of a very high standard, the braised lamb is exceptional and the waiter was proud to explain how its done. Lasagne was on point too. Table spacing is fine, nobody is crowded on top of each other and although not full early in the evening and people were nicely spaced out. Quite family friendly too I observed. Its my second time here as i mentioned and i dont intend to leave my 3rd visit as long.

We were made so welcome by Lenny and the Girl serving i forgot to get her name, we got great advice and everything was piping hot and food amazing, we will defiantly be back.

we where the first customers @ 5.00 pm Restaurant cold and draughty perhaps later in the evening warmer, we had to leave coats on for a while,but one member of staff did put the heat on which we appreciated her concern. Otherwise food excellent will recommend and will go again.

As usual the food and service at the Coachmans Inn was first class. I requested a round table which was waiting for us when we arrived. The choice on the menu was very good, there were five in our party, and four out of the five had a different main course, all were very pleased with what they had. ( Excellent )

Superb dinner party for 27 diners in the Coachman Inn last night. The food was excellent, every dish was exactly as ordered and the service was first class as always . As a person with special dietary requirements, the care and attention to detail afforded to me personally gives me great confidence in safely eating here anytime. Highly recommended restaurant with delightful staff.

Staff are lovely, so nice, friendly and helpful. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise, nice layout and we had a lovely round table by the window. Food is fine, no complaints. Excellent value for money. Great location for people meeting up from both sides of the city.

The Coachmans Inn ticks all the boxes. Friendly helpful staff, excellent food and nice relaxed atmosphere. My wife has a limited range of veg she can eat but they catered for her with no fuss. The quality of food was excellent and plentiful. This was our second visit in the last six weeks and we'll definitely be going back.

Went in for the 4 course early bird menu, brought to our table and told about the menu and specials by very friendly staff... food was served promptly, still piping hot and with an extra bowl of veg and chips on the side very tasty!! Staff askedif it was to our taste and did we need anything else. Great meal, wonderful value couldn't fault it.
