TERRIBLE!nPrebooked reservation of 1 adult and 2 childrennWaited over 40 minutes for starters - (doughballs and calamari rings). Had to ask at 30 minutes what the delay was as no one came near us after order. - only given an apology as busy - 10 minutes later the starter arrived - Calamari rings burnt on one side.nPizza's arrived 5 minutes later whilst kids still eating their starter.nSo annoyed at the service, food and not even an acknowledgement of offer of complimentary drink/desert

The service was ok but I got the feeling as we were only ordering pizzas with nothing else the waitress was not interested. I had a grand child with me and she barely asked him what he wanted to drink. We did not even get water at our table. It was such a difference experience from when I brought 2 grandchildren to Milano in Temple Bar. There the waitress made such a fuss of the children.I accept it was a busy night but I would not go back. The children of today are your customers of tomorrow. First time ever I did not leave a tip. I spoke to the manageress on the way out about it.

A very large group of us went there. There is no air conditioning there and the place is at least 80% glass / hence the heat/ no windows to open / most people there were really hot even tho there were only a few people there apart from us. We did mention the heat to the waitress and she said they usually open the door but d children's play area was near d door so it could not b opened.

Party of 3, one had Risotto Fresco & Pollo Pesto which were both delicious. We also had Leggera Padana & Romana Carbonara. The food was lovely. The main problem was that, although there were many tables free in the restaurant, we were seated near the windows overlooking the Quays. This area is beside where some families with young children, who were very badly behaved, were seated. The children were allowed to run around and could easily have caused the waiters to have an accident while carrying the food. Therefore this area needs to be cordoned off completely for families. Also other diners should be informed that this area is unsupervised and VERY NOISY. Apparently this is a usual occurance when families dine here.

I went to Milano as I knew it was family friendly, it was Sunday evening so wasn't busy. The positives were that the food was good, and it is a comfortable restaurant for families. The downside is the service. The restaurant was not busy, and the staff seemed more interested in setting empty tables than waiting on ours. I had to ask for attention to get plates cleared after staff passed by oblivious to us over the course of what seemed like 20 mins while setting said tables!

You always know what to expect from Milano, no matter where you go and they sure know how to pick their locations. However, this time it was more special, thanks to a very friendly waitress, good service always makes the difference. The food was lovely as usual and it was also served quickly. All good things put together, made it a great dining experience.

We had a table booked as were going on the O2 afterwards. We were brought straight to our table, serviced immediately and food was lovely. Would definitely go again. Only negative was that I thought that 9.95 for a glass of wine (albeit a large one) was excessive.

It was very busy on a Monday evening but the staff was really efficient and quick. I have been in Milano many times before and I like the fact the menu changes quite regularly-new pasta, pizza or salad. My partner and I both tried a "new" pizza: really, really nice. We also got a voucher for a free pizza in January; what's not to like?

Ate here recently before a show in the grand canal, nice greeting on arrival. Overall the food was very good , the only negative was the caprese salad which was served on a side plate and with not so ripe tomatoe, the waitress we dealt with was very friendly

We visited Milano's availing of the deal where you got a main course for €3 if you bought another main. We were early enough, no booking and were promptly seated. The restaurant fills quickly as its the main stop off point for any concert goers at the 02. The pizzas were to die for extra thin crispy base, one pepperoni and one goats cheese with red onion etc which I reluctantly shared. Good value if you don't order alcohol, but if you wanted to go on a budget share a pizza and a salad. An enjoyable experience can't wait to go back
