Fire Restaurant is located in the Mansion House, adjacent to the stunning original Mayor of Dublin’s residence. Richie Wilson is the head chef at this stunning establishment which prides itself on delivering the best modern Irish and European cuisine at affordable prices.
Richie began his culinary career by training in professional cookery in Athlone IT and he has been an executive chef for the last eight years. He continued on to be awarded Professional Chef of the year, winning a Scholarship to Johnston and Wales Culinary Arts University in Rhode Island. Richie has been the Executive Chef at Fire for the last year where he heads up a leading culinary team. His past experience includes working at the Hilton.
