Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. nThe cups were stained. The tea was weak. I wanted 'decent' cup of tea and it was watery.

I visited here on Friday with my fiance as a day off treat and unfortunately we had to leave. I had never been before and I really loved the look and feel of the restaurant. It's bright, airy and has a gorgeous outdoor area. After a fair few minutes waiting to be seated we were asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside, not a particularly friendly welcome but not hostile either. There was a bit of a stressed/busy vibe from the floor staff and whilst working in a restaurant can indeed be a stressful job, I don't think the customer should notice. We chose a seat outside, we were handed menus and then promptly forgotten about, we just left after about 15 minutes. It was impossible to get anyone's attention which was a pity.

This place is on the top floor of Marcs & Spencer's on Grafton Street. Very bright with lots of natural light. I was there for lunch on Tuesday and the place was very busy. Despite this, the staff were very friendly and we weren't long waiting to be served. What I liked most about this place was the value. For €12.50 I got a main course, desert and glass of wine and free water. The food was yummy and I left feeling full. Love this place.

I eat her quite regularly because it's so central and is quiet away from the busy streets of Grafton. Their burger is really nice and so is their steak sandwich. It's very kid friendly and a great place to bring someone who needs to sit down for even a cup of coffee and one of their light bites.

Very tasty food at a reasonable price. The dinner portions aren't huge though, so maybe don't go if you're really hungry or have a large appetite. The only downside is the service... it's ridiculously slow! I go here regularly, but never if I'm in a hurry. The melty chocolate pudding is a must!!

I had lunch in the restaurant @ M&S. I must admit I think it's a little overpriced. I got the seafood linguine. It was good but genuinely nothing special. I also ordered a side dish of wedges. They are very nice - served on a wooden board with dips. The restaurant tends to have long queues when waiting to be seated. This is additionally frustrating when you can see free seats.

I had the leek and gruyere pie. Highly recommended. A nice spot, although it has the slowest lift in the World! Friendly staff. Quick (but not overly so) delivery of orders. The kitchen staff shouting out orders to the waiting staff is a bit overbearing. Why the shouting guys? Go to a high-end restaurant with more pressure to perform and you don't get the noise. Would I eat here again? Sure! There are some nice lunch offers to try out.

Good food, Good service, Good views and nice atmosphere. With the 12.50 lunch deal this is a perfect little getaway from the streets below. Get there early on a lunchtime though as sometimes the best dishes run out! A staple lunchtime spot!

Great value menu. €12.50 for main, sweet and glass of wine. Food is really nice but they often run out of things. Fish pie is great!

Complete chaos. Do your staff a deserved favour and hire some help for them. The floor could have done with at least two more bodies - the poor waiters were doing their best but...great value quality food if you don't mind waiting a little longer for it. Chefs - please stay in the kitchen - stay off the floor!

I am a regular in The Restaurant (M&S). The usual order for my friend and I, is either, the afternoon tea with scones, clotted cream, jam and sandwiches or cheesey nachos and spicy wedges. Their salsa sauce is amazing and should be sold by the bottle! It is a great place to chill out and have some good food. You never feel rushed and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend a glass of their rioja to ease away the day!

Came for a work lunch with a few girls. Got there just before 1pm and there was a queue forming already with most tables full! The place is bright and airy and the outdoor seating looked lovely. We had the "buy one main meal get on free" and the menu was nice. I had the salmon noodle salad which was lovely. The nachos are amazing with lots of cheese and 2 sauces/dips on the side (I think they were only €5). Service was ok but the food made up for that. The chicken kiev and lasagna went down well with the others. Will come back but make sure to get in well before the lunch time rush!!!

Bit of a regular haunt for me. Usually meet friends for tea and pancakes. Have also tried the steak bagette, nachos, prawn salad and apple crumble. All really tasty and satisfying. Nice to sit on the sunterrace sipping Prosecco too. Service can be slow but always friendly. The only negative is that almost every time I go I am informed they have run out of a number of choices. Hard to comprehend when they have their own supermarket in the basement.

I had a lovely lunch here today. It's a nice, bright, airy cafe feel with an outside seating area which would be great in the good weather. The food was nice and very good value due to the two-for-one offer they have on main courses.
