Marcelo Soto’s specialisation is fusion cuisine and he loves taking the time to cook and invent new Thai dishes at home in his own time. In the past, Marcelo worked in London where he became more passionate about the cooking industry, before making the move to Dublin. This talented head chef hopes to open his own restaurant in the future.
