We at the bank take great measure to ensure that your experience with us, whether it is in a personal or corporate capacity, as an individual or part of a group, consistently meets with your unique needs and exceeds your expectations. Since we opened our doors in April 2003 we have continually strived to provide our patronage with a consummate range of quality products and service that surpass today's call for quality, value and comfort yet still complement the remarkable example of Victorian architectural splendor that is our premises. This building, which was designed by one of the British Empire's leading architectural lights - William Henry Lynn - was once described as 'one of the foremost jewels of Victorian Dublin'.

Had two drinks here with my daughter and decided to order the "traditional Irish cheese board" . Costing €12 this offering was so disappointing- such tiny, mean portions of the cheeses was an insult, really! I was going to complain but staff seemed under tremendous pressure and I guess it is the fault of the kitchen. Warning: do not order this !

Great place to bring visitors for dessert and drinks. Beautiful venue, make sure you secure a table upfront if you are going in a group.

We booked a table for 4. We were told it would have to be vacated in 1 and a half hours. 10 mins before our time was up we were "warned"to vacate the table promptly and an attempt was made to remove our plates before we were all finished eating. Not a nice experience and we will most certainly never be back.nTrisha

What a beautiful building to dine in. We ate at the bar and the service was excellent. My friend said the gn and tonic he had was far superior to the one he had had in another place earlier. The juniper berries added to it plus as I said earlier the service. Really enjoyed the food and are planning on going back for a full meal soon.

Another lunch in the Bank - tried the Hero sandwich this time around - beautiful! Very filling and served with a generous side of chips. Can't fault it!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER- was asked to leave when we ordered food because we weren't ordering a minimum value that we hadn't been informed of when we sat down! We were offered a table, without any stipulations and the lady told us to leave mid drink when they realised we weren't ordering main courses but only sharing platters between 6 of us! The rudeness and the behaviour ensured that none of us will be returning to what was a frequented spot. Would highly recommend go elsewhere for the service, a smile and decent food too.

I had lunch in The Bank last week, having dined there previously and been impressed I returned for another delicious meal. I got the special of the day for €10 which was spicy noodles with prawns, and my mam got a fantastic value soup and quiche combination for €10 also. The food and service was faultless. Looking forward to returning again soon and would highly recommend a visit!

Called in for lunch with my sister and had a really lovely meal. There was a pianist playing and the waitress was very pleasant and efficient. We had the Goats Cheese & beetroot Tarte Tatin as a starter which was absolutely wonderful & the fish of the day was Hake with mash & veg and it was simply delicious, I had eaten so much that I had no room left for a dessert but I enjoyed my visit to The Bank so much that I will most definitely return to sample the desserts another day.

Absolutely love The Bank on college green. The pork belly is beyond amazing and everything is beautifully presented and at very reasonable prices. Wonderful warm cozy welcoming atmosphere- and very elegant. Never disappointed, the dessert was spectacular also, sticky toffee pudding. Can't wait to return
