Visited here for a double kids birthday celebration. I think we may have arrived at a change of shift time as service was slow at first. We did not get our drinks before ordering and had to request them again. After that things got better with prompt service and excellent food. The Jack Daniels chicken was a hugh portion and my fellow diners were very happy with the Jack Daniels burger and fillet steak. The staff made a fuss of our two boys for their birthday which they loved. We arrived before five and were still there about eight and the atmosphere, as you would expect on a Friday was excellent. A family favourite. We will be back.

visited here on Saturday 27th June at 6pm, restaurant was fairly busy, got seated straight away and our server was quick to take our order and bring drinks over, Food was brought out quiet quickly but I did think it could have been hotter, chicken was okay but the chips were only luke warm - I still ate them though but would have liked them to be hotter.

I am a regular in TGI Temple Bar but ventured to Stephen's Green before Christmas for an early evening meal with a friend. Unfortunately, the place was hectic, understandable given the time of year but it took a while before we were seated and even longer to be served. I understand that the restaurant was busy but there was a considerable delay while we waited on the food and it was difficult to catch the attention of a waitress all evening. The food was still delicious and good value, portions are large and always piping hot. I enjoyed my meal but found the additional waiting time for service irritating so will be choosing Temple Bar in future.

Brought the children here for a pre Christmas meal. Service was excellent. Food was tasty but just warm. Would have been so much better if served hot. Very expensive for warm burger & chips!

We went here to celebrate my sons birthday. He is 5 and we thought it would have a nice lively atmosphere and therefore noisy kids might not disturb the other diners. The staff were fantastic. We had 3 childern under 5 and a baby. I would think we were probably a table from hell for the staff. We were so busy with the children that we had to ask them to come back 4 times before we finally had time to look at the menu yet nothing seemed to be a problem. The food was lovely and at the end I asked one of the waitresses if she could light some candles for my son's cake. About 6 waiting staff came over and sang happy birthday to him but on top of that they made him stand on a chair and the entire restaurant joined in. He was absolutely thrilled. I would definitely go back. We ordered a combo starter and my husband and I both had the ribeye which was so tender. One of our guests had the burger and it looked really tasty. All 3 children had the spagetting bolognese which was super value for money. I can't recommend it enough.

Great place for a birthday party. The Staff really help you enjoy that special day. Went for the €15.99 two course menu. 10% Service charge applies. Slow service. Very busy restaurant and staff were overloaded. Always an excellent cheeseburger and fries as you would expect. A very annoying fire alarm was repeatedly going off on the night. Thankfully it got sorted in the end.

Slight miscommunication about the timing of a large party of 19 for a birthday. The supervisor handled it very professionally and sorted out the table personally. Very good service, good value, good atmosphere. Recommended venue for a party. They have recently refurbished the tables and made a lot more booth seating. It looks very nice. Bit of a problem with the fire alarm going off a few times because of a flame grill in the kitchen, but very good night otherwise.

A disappointing vitis to a family favourite. Our order was taken when we arrived, but what was served wasn't wghat we had ordered, we were told the menu had changed even though we had been given the menu we are used to. We had twin toddlers with us but were only served one kids meal for them having ordered 2, so between waiting for food to be redone and speaking withthe manager, we were there for three and a half hours, for lunch!!!!! TGIs has been a venue for family gatherings for many years but we were completely shocked by this visit. I would seriously consider not going back

Went with my daughter and husband yesterday evening. Was very disappointed, we waited a very long time of our drinks and our meal. We ordered a side of onion rings with out meal which came out 10mins beforehand, as we were so hungry we ate them. By time the food came out weren't really in the humour off it and to top it off my burger was suppose to come with mushrooms as the main ingredient which it didn't have. I also asked for a glass of water with my main which I had to ask for twice. Not sure if I would return.

Took my daughter out for the evening for a few cocktails and some food. Great atmosphere and also excellent value for money with two courses priced at €16. The staff are lively, attentive and professional which adds to atmosphere here. Give it a try

We were back again. Went there for dinner. I ordered the Baby Back Ribs, which was burnt. I was a bit disappointed. My husband ordered the Texas Chilli Burger which was excellent. It was however very spicy.

Absolutely no complaints... Was here on a Thursday evening at around 7pm. The place wasn't jammed but still had a good buzz to it! We all opted for the €15 for 2 Courses - I had Mozzarella Sticks to start which I got with JD Sauce rather than the Marinara followed by the Cheeseburger! Well and truly stuffed afterwards and and we got free refills on our soft drinks without having to ask, the waitress spotted we were running low and just brought them over which was great!!!
