Was here on Tuesday and had a seafood platter. Was okay for €50 (Monday & Tuesday) but I wouldn't pay €70 for this. Wasn't expecting it to be served cold, would have been better if the menu had indicated so. Gave comments about this to the server but he didn't seem to care. It's served in 2 tier trays so I couldn't see my friend's face until we finished the oysters. Okay food, nice atmosphere, sub standard service. Won't go back.

Fish Finger Buttie from SMS cervi is my favourite food in all of Dublin city!!!!! nThe tartar sauce and smashed peas on either side of the best house made fish fingers, any time I even think of it I wish I was eating it. nAvailable for delivery as well from deliveroo which is great!

Went here on a Thursday evening for a quick bite - fish stew was fabulous and the hake was lovely and fresh - but the service left a bit to be desired - we were left waiting for the accompaniments to the dish and it was hard to grab the attention of the staff. Overall great food not so great service!

I went here with a friend and we got the seafood platter. It was fifty euro because it was a tuesday and they have a special offer on tuesdays. The food was enjoyable, however I don't think you get what you pay for. The seafood platter is really fresh, served cold. The oysters are lovely- but there isn't much else to go with it. you get 3 slices of bread with it and a "salad" which is actually just lettuce leaves in a bowl. I think they could improve the platter by giving more bread or sides- otherwise your just eating cold plain seafood on it's own. I did enjoy it, but I probably wouldn't get it again. Would be willing to go back and try something else.

They don't take bookings but wanted to go here (I'd been already but husband hasn't) so we got a table for 9.30. Starving by that time so anything would have been good. Menu seems to have changed and a lot less seafood available. Had the tuna tostado - really fresh and zingy. And then the madagascan jumbo prawn - lovely dressing, can still remember it. Definitely a winner. Bottle of Tempranillo was fine. Not the cheapest but worth it for fine seafood

Had wanted to try this restaurant as we love eating fresh fish. We decided to go for a grilled fish platter to share, with a few sides. It was nice fish, fresh and the sides were good, salad and sourdough bread. Personally I didn't like the cervi chips, I found them greasy. More suitable to a fish and chips walking home than a restaurant meal. Overall the meal was just good not great. Service was excellent and it the atmosphere was good for a midweek night. Definitely would be willing to give it another go but there is room for improvement. They only have a wine license. Wine list was expensive.

First of all, SMS do not taking bookings for less than 6 people. Food was ok, Cervi fries and seaweed cabbage were very tasty however the sourdough was awful (over grilled and tasted bitter because the oil was over used or burnt). Overall, it was VERY much over priced for what it was!!! I don't think I will be rushing back there anytime soon.

I read rave reviews about this place so I was really excited to try it. I brought my parents here for dinner and we got a grilled fish platter to share, with a few sides. It was nice fish, obviously fresh and the sides were good but I'm inclined to say that overall the meal was just "grand" and the prices were fairly outrageous for such an underwhelming meal. Wine was also really overpriced.I don't think this restaurant can continue to expect to get away with those prices unless it can offer a little more wow factor.

I had the Monkfish,my Husband had the Halibut both were really excellent. The sides are extra we ordered the sourdough and the fries both were good. The wine was very nice but like last time wasn't cold enough so we asked for a ice bucket. The coffee is really good and the staff very professional.

We had a lovely meal here last night to celebrate my 30th birthday. The monkfish, asparagus and mini fish n chip dishes were all really good although the blackened parsnips were dry and chewy. The waitress serving us was very nice and friendly and it was a great experience until the end of the night, when a staff member came over to the table asking that we pay and leave. We left a card on the table waiting to pay for a long time before that and nobody came over. Disappointing end to a nice evening.

Pretty decent location. Decor good too but lacking atmosphere despite being full (maybe a bit too industrial / warehouse- y though liked the windows). My food was good - the Gambas on Sourdough bread, but friends was only mediocre (battered cod and chips). Too much like an upmarket take away to justify the prices and the wine prices were over the top. Waitress was very helpful and nice, but wont be returning.

We went expecting to be wowed due to all the reviews but I wouldn't bother, food is mediocre, over priced and portions are tiny. Staff are non attentive. You cold get a much nicer meal in a lot of other restaurants in Dublin for a lot less money.
