I had a meal with three friends and we all agreed the food quality was not good, especially considering the price. Specifically, swordfish was served luke warm, chicken was chewy, cheesecake tasted like it came out of a box. On the positives, service was great.

Delicious food served surprisingly quickly. I had the Chicken Massaman which I absolutely loved. Instant reservation confirmation and a follow up text which was nice. Pleasant chatty atmosphere, personally speaking I hated the tables for 2, where we were. Banging elbows and folding coats and handbags over each others. I wouldnt eat at one of those tables again. Staff werent very attentive, but not rude or anything. Just had finished our meal after asking 3 times for some water, but I suppose that sounds petty. Looking forward to visiting again, ideal buzz in the restaurant for groups. Looking forward to trying a cocktail or 2 next time around.

The food here was delicious but I thought that the starters and the wine were overpriced.Service was excellent.

Dined at the restaurant with friends for lunch on Christmas Eve. The food was very nice and the service was good too. The price of the meal was very expensive for what it cost to make the meal. It's been noticible that restaurants are exploiting customers during the Christmas period. I hope the 'Rip Off Republic" is not returning!!!

Very busy restaurant at 6.30 on a Saturday evening but our service and waiter were excellent. Had squid for starter which was mediocre. I think the starters are hugely overpriced! My mains of Phuket was very good & the wine, which was a Merlot at Eu28.00 also very nice but again HUGELY overpriced. I wonder does anyone from Saba ever read these reviews and if so, please take note of what your customers are saying.

Had a very nice meal here the prawns nicely cooked and excellent flavour on the curry sauce. The service extremely quick attentive and friendly. It falls down on value for money, while the food is a little overpriced for what it is I thought the drinks were ridiculous. Cheapest bottle of wine €28! And 330cl lager for €5.50. I've been to Michelin starred restaurants with cheaper drinks.

We have been here many times and always found the food very good. However, on this occasion my food was very very salty. I had the Phad Prick Sod beef & found it to be a bit gloopy also. Wine was extremely expensive, Eu33 for a mediocre bottle of red! Please do not ruin this lovely restaurant by masking flavours with extreme saltiness and also lower your wine prices.

Was brought here for my birthday dinner and was quite excited with the reputation for Saba being so good. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered the boom stir fry with the spice lowered as per the waitress' recommendation and it was in no way a 3* spice level. Many glasses of water and ice later I was able to have dessert with only minor pain in my tongue. The food on offer was standard thai fare with nothing that wowed myself or my partner. The cocktails were ok but served with a paper straw that disintegrated before I could take a second sip. Hard to see why this restaurant has a good reputation. I won't be returning unless dragged there.
