Rustic Stone is another of famous chef Dylan McGrath’s cuisine creations. Rustic Stone’s philosophy is to create tasty, nutritious dishes that are full of natural flavours and locally sourced Irish produce. Dylan was the owner and head chef of the Michelin-star restaurant Mint in Dublin, and it was dubbed one of Dublin’s original Michelin-star fine dining experiences. It was one of the two only restaurants in Dublin to achieve two stars in the Georgina Campbell Irish Restaurant Guide.
Aside from Rustic Stone, Dylan’s other restaurants include acclaimed Dublin restaurants; Brasserie Sixty-Six and Fade Street Social. Dylan is an award-winning TV celebrity chef, and since he opened Rustic Stone in 2010 the restaurant has earned a sterling reputation for delicious, healthy cuisine. He was a judge on the hit TV show Irish Masterchef.
