Food was quite good, we had pizzas and lasagne but way overpriced for what we had. Kids' drinks €3.30 for small glass of Coke and tiny portions of French fries cost €3 each. Bill came to €76.55 incl 5% sc which I thought was grossly overpriced. Remember we had no starters, desserts, tea or coffee.

Such a disappointment, would never return to this place. Went with my daughter niece and nephew 6 of us altogether. This would have been a regular place for us many years ago but after this visit I would never set foot in the place again. Bad atmosphere food and prices, I should have known from the greeting at the door not to go in but the kids were excited we were going for pizza we ordered 2 pizzas, fries garlic bread all to share this in itself seem an ordeal for the staff. they charge €3.30 for a mineral and it literally is just a small glass for this price. The owner and what I think was his wife were having a heated row beside our table and I had to stop the kids from staring because they were asking what was happening with the man and lady!!!! as soon as you would take the last slice of pizza the plate was whipped away from us same with plates although we were sharing and anyone with toddlers/ kids understands leave the plates there.... I had to at one stage tell them do not take those plates we are still eating I went to the toilet and my glass was taken although I still had drink in it, seriously is anyone trained in here. the place only had us and one other party In the place and I am not surprised. 5% service charge added to the bill although services disgraceful how the place is still open I do not know.

No lunch menu, no athmosphere, restaurant was freezing had to leave our coats on during entire meal, cramped tables coffee lukewarm. Asked for tint bit of cheese pizza was full of cheese. AND INSULT TO INJURY 5%service charge added to bill. Avoid this place, lots of really good value restaurants in area that deserves the custom.

Good comments about this "restaurant" must have been submitted either by the owner or by someone who doesn't know Italian cuisine and the art of cooking. Every body is able to open packed ravioli, tortellini, ham etc, etc.. bought at the supermarket and serve them as fresh food: well, that's what this restaurant does. To be frank, there are excellent places here in Dublin to have a much better pizza. Prices are also quite expensive and I only hope the prepacked food doesn't come from discounts. If it wasn't for the good location, this place would have closed down long time ago.

Went here for dinner with a friend. I found it to be a nice little find. The food is good value for what you get . I wouldnt class it as fine dining but its definitely a nice little spot to grab dinner for a good price if you are around town. The service is quite efficient although one of the staff members didnt seem to understand us but the others were quick to jump in and help. I will be back again

Went to Pizza Stop last night. Was initially put off the special of spinach and rictotta ravioli after seeing the chef take the ravioli from a supermarket bought pack in the kitchen-not so freshly made!! After ordering it took approximately 45 mins for our starters to come out-how to took 45 mins to pull together some garlic bread and breaded mushrooms is beyond me. When the starters did come out the garlic bread wasnt toasted properly and the mushrooms were very processed tasting. The mains of pasta, pizza and chicken arrived-pizza was awful and stodgy, with the worst ham on a pizza I have ever had. The pasta was all stuck together and the chicken dry. In addition we were served by a waitress that was as rude as any I have come across. Have gone to Pizza Stop many times in the last few years but after this experience I will not be returning.

I have eaten here a few times this year and have alternated between the pizza and the ravioli with spinach and ricotta. Both have always been very tasty. The staff are always friendly and attentive. We generally have a portion of olives and bread to start and order a half bottle of nice wine. We follow the meal with Limoncello. It is a quick, convenient place to eat.

We ordered mains only. While we were waiting, they supplied us with complimentary puffed-up naan bread things, - nice, - but they threw on '1 x Food €2.75' - a bit cheeky. Then I ordered something from the blackboard, - a 'Special', - Braised Lamb Shank. I got this when my guests got their italian mains. It was dripping in treacle-like dark brown 'jus'. That was put there purely to cover-up the shank which was pure uncuttable fat. I alerted a waiter as to the condition of what I had been served, - he agreed it was most unacceptable. As it was too late to order another one, I asked for 'something quick', - and settled for garlic prawns. 15 minutes later I got the prawns with a salad (despite have opted for Pasta instead of a Salad!). Then I had to wait another 10 minutes for the Pasta to arrive. I then enquired about my Main being removed from the bill, - or at least a gesture of some kind. They refused point blank. I said I wasn't going to pay for my main. They called the Gardaí. I explained to the Gaurd what had happened, - and apparently because I had 'touched' my main replacement, - I was obliged to pay for it. To add fuel to the fire, - I noted too that they added 5% Service Charge onto the bill (despite there being only 3 in my party). I had to get this removed too, - aswell as the 'complimentary' bread that we didn't ask for at the start. I will NEVER darken the doorstep of that establishment, - and the fact that the Manager didn't even try to negotiate to, in some small way re: my ruined evening, - by calling the Police finished it off for me. An altogether terrible experience.

I used to go to Pizza Stop quite often and hadn't been for ages. Met a few friends there recently and very disappointed with the place. The food was bland, flavorless and just poor quality.
