Worst experience in a restaurant I've ever had, the service and the food was very poor. Booked a table 2 months in advance for 21 ppl. We were a group of professionals out to celebrate as it was my sisters hen night very low key and formal. My sisters love of Italian food prompted me to book a table at Pacinos as it's renound for its italian cuisine. When we entered this establishment we were shown our table upstairs after we sat no one approached us for at least 20 mins for a drinks order the young man upstairs was all by himself, he had our large table to look after as well as the 4 other smaller tables that were dining there. Once he took our drinks order it took him 25 mins to deliver the drinks, he told 2 of us when he had arrived back that he didn't have the drink we wanted, we ordered an alternative it then took him another 15 mins to return with the drinks, we asked him if we could place an order for food, he was really stressed and didn't say anything. There was no one around to help him whatsoever. He was that stressed he was so rude to the bride to. A further 15 mins had passed when a waitress came to our table we asked her if we could order our food, she replied "the kitchen is busy you will have to wait another 20mins" I found that statement to be totally absurd the management and the kitchen knew we were coming in as we had booked 2 months in advance. I quote from the website "AVOID DISSAPOINTMENT AND PREBOOK YOUR TABLE" Sheer lack of efficiency and very very poor management. I work in customer service myself and I have to say the management here didn't have a clue, no leadership or mentoring for the staff, not customer friendly no one had even approached us or acknowledged the bad service given. We seen two managers walking around never came anywhere her us. The chicken pasta dishes contained very little meat the sticky toffee pudding was so dry it was inedible. The whole group was so disspointed, we all left feeling dissatisfied.

We were a big group of 10 and made a last minute booking and were kindly accomodated on a Saturday night. However, due to the group booking we were restricted to ordering from a set menu which was quite limited. Garlic pizza bread is moreish and the pasta portions were small but tasty, however the Pizzas were very disspointing not thin and crispy as you would expect but a littel soggy.

We visited on a Dining Room Voucher, strangely enough despite booking and ringing to say we were a bit late the restaurant had no record of our booking. The restaurant was fairly empty, it's nice and comfortable however how rocky table was attributed to the floor and we were moved to comfy booths. Service was slow and the staff lacked knowledge of what was available on the menu, having ordered bruschetta with thinly sliced Porchetta, goats cheese and sun dried tomato when the dish arrived it was bruschetta with tomatoes we were told our previous order was off the menu, however it was quickly remedied by a fillet of beef carpaccio which was delicious the only problem being my partner had eaten their parmigiana di melanzane baked layered aubergines with mozzarella cheese which was very good. We ordered water no jug arrived despite two requests, two pizzas were ordered a Diavola with a tasty sauce tomato based, mozzarella cheese and spicy pepperoni. And our second choice was Pizza Meditteranea again tomato sauce, mozzarella, grilled red pepper, aubergines and courgettes. The best thing about the pizzas were the bases best we have tasted in a long time, unfortunately we had to send them back to be cut, the pepperoni was scarce on the pizza, with four slices with no meat on them, the vegetarian option had the chargrilled aubergine, the courgette was limp and undercooked and we to search for the peppers. We opted for a house white at a hearty €26.00. Maybe we got the staff on a bad night but with a restaurant practically empty the service should have been more attentive, had knowledge of the menu it was disappointing as we read the reviews before heading there.

Excellent Value on the early bird menu. Went here with a group of friends and really enjoyed our meal. All the waiters were very friendly and attentive. They serve lovely breads with olive oil to start, very large starter portions of meatballs and HUGE pizzas for mains, among other things. Lovely decor too. This place would be ideal for a date! Looking forward to returning.

I love going here, they do an excellent early bird menu for a great price! The food is just amazing, I've eaten here about 8 times in total and haven't a single complaint to make about the place. The staff are super friendly and engaging and it just has a lovely atmosphere in general. Have been recommending this place to everyone!!

I ate here last night with my daughter. First time here but not my last. We had a lovely meal. Service was a little slow at first because the place was extremely busy. Once we gave our order we hadn't long to wait for our food. Both the waiter and waitress were very helpful and friendly. I thought it was good value for city centre
