Never disappoints....have been here over the years for lunch, dinner and Sunday lunch. Always leave v happy... good ingredients, beautifully cooked, professional but friendly service and good value for what you pay. And always have the soufflé!

The food was lovely, however the service was a bit slow. We had to wait ages for our dessert order to be taken and also there was long gap between starter and main courses. Also, when I made the booking on the phone I mentioned it was a special occasion (wedding anniversary), however there was no recognition of it! Not even a "Happy anniversary" comment from anyone..

My companion returned her brown shrimp risotto as it was overly salty and swimming in butter. However, she couldn't fault the celeriac main course which was beautifully presented and very tasty. My beef cheek was beautifully cooked. The reason for my visit was to order the clementine souffle with pistachio ice cream again. One of the nicest desserts I have ever tasted. The service was friendly and efficient.

Where to start! My family and I had a great meal on One Pico- food was lovely. However, after paying for our meal (just shy of 900 euro), we were approached by a member of staff who had not been dealing with us all evening. It was Valentines weekend, and apparently there had been two rose heads on our table. He couldn't see the roses (with 8 people at a table, I'm not sure if they could have fallen on the floor, but these things happen!) and scolded us like children in front of a room full of diners!! A really embarrassing experience, and definitely put a negative spin on our night! I called two days later to speak to the manager, who told me he hadn't been on duty, but would speak to the owner (no apology)- but no call back! Fast forward a week- I sent a follow-up email asking for a response, and still nothing! Just off the phone this evening and I spoke to the 'acting manager'. He told me that he saw my mail, but I was 'twisting things', and he was well within his rights to scold us. Still in shock, spent a lot of money, was spoken to like a child, ignored, and denied an apology- all by the management team! Won't be returning, and if you are looking for a hassle free evening, you should avoid this place!

The decor and seating were elegant and modern and the staff were very attentive. The menu offered a good variety and allergies and food intolerances could be cateres for. Although the hake was delicious I thought it was served warm instead of hot. The desert was disappointing and the portion was tiny. One biscuit with 3 cubes of ruhbarb and a teaspoon of sorbet. Not very satisfying as a course on a 2 course menu.

For a treat we visited one Pico. We had visited before and lookiled forward to it. Lovely interior, lovely aosphere and service. However the pre theatre menu at €29 includes no sides. We both had the hake, beautifully cooked but that's it unless you order sides all costing extra. We left both feeling hungry. A shame.

Went with my husband for our wedding anniversary. All I can say is that from start to finish everything was fantastic. The food is excellent with a capital "E". The décor is very tasteful and comfortable and the service makes you feel special. We had a Sunday menu and it was worth every cent. Will definitely go back again.

A friend and I treated another friend to a meal here. As somewhere luxurious with great food and great service it fitted the bill perfectly. We came for the Saturday night early bird and admittedly were a little late arriving but were made feel completely at ease once we got there. The menu was fantastic and it was difficult to choose between the mouth watering options. In the end we were all delighted with our choices. The service was top class, and even when we considerably overstayed our time at the table the staff handled it perfectly without ever making us feel rushed under pressure. I think it's a little pricey for an early bird but all in all I loved it and cant wait to return.
