We had a nice table and the waiters were very friendly and attentive. The food was superb, amazing garlic butter! We left satisfied and were happy with the service. Milano never disappointed us and we'll be back in one of the many locations in town.

I hadn't finished my message and it was submitted!!!nnThe wash up area and bar is very close to the dining area so there's soooo much background noise of crashing delph and cutlery that it was actually irritating and took a lot from the general atmosphere...... Thats it!

Hi I visited Milano Dawson yesterday and felt I had to write a review. To begin with I only went as we had a two for one voucher that was fair enough. The pizza was tasty but exaggeratedly overpriced in my opinion. The thing that I liked most about the restaurant was the decor, lovely quotations and pictures of Irish writers on the walls. This one thing that I have to mention is the Washington up bar area so close to the dining area

I dined here with my three children whilst on a day trip to Dublin. The children had pizzas which were very good. I had the ' Pollo Pasta ' Dish which was delicious. Desserts were good. However the childrens desserts are very small & are only suitable in my opinion for U6s. However both food & service were good. Location is great, it was very easy to find. We will eat here again when we are in Dublin.

We went to Milano in Dawson street with our two kids, There wasnt ONE Christmas decoration in the restaurant! Full of Christmas spirit outside on Dawson St with the crib and carol signers but inside Milano NOTHING, The kids pizza was miniscule and the kids bolognose was like an overcooked stew, inedible, Overall very disappointed

Party of 3 - we had a lovely meal, great staff, very helpful. Pizzas are the best in Dublin! A great option for dining on the South side of the city and location is near the shopping centre. Will be back as soon as possible.

The food in milanos is good quality but overpriced in on opinion . It is just a pizza restaurant . How can they justify charging €3.35 for a coke .unreal. The service in this branch was very poor .menus were delivered but nothing after that .we had to summon the waiting staff on several occasions during our visit .there doesn't seem to be a service plan at all .atmosphere is the highest point of this restaurant .

Went here for a midweek dinner and was extrememly disappointed at the standard of food. I ordered the super food salad, it was bland, not a super food in sight and extremely overpriced. This was essentially a large plate of lettuce, a few pieces of chicken and not much more. Disappointing to see such a poor standard on the healthy option. Certainly would not recommend this.

Went here as my mum had gotten vouchers for them from her Tesco clubcard points! Got doughballs shared a calzone and shared a sundae for dessert. Everything was really good and the service was great! Only downfall in my opinion is for some reason there's always a fair few children in most Milanos, suppose that's a positive for some though!

We went to Milano's on Dawson Street on a whim as it was the eatery closest to where we were at that time and we had limited time for a meal. It seems to be very popular with families (there were 2 tables set up with crayons and paper and the majority of people in the restaurant were parents with primarily small children). The music was too loud but we sat right in front of the speakers which probably made it worse. While the portions were generous the food is not worth highlighting (my partner had the lasagne which seemed to be nice enough, my pizza was rather bland). The service was efficient but rather perfunctory so all in all not a convincing visit.

I've been to Milano many times before and I really appreciate the new layout of the venue in Dawson street: There used to be loads of tables, so that diners will be very close one to another and the acoustics was quite bad: All changed now!!For the best: large sofas with plenty of room, comfort and intimacy. The food’s nice as always but a tad pricey-especially the drinks, so look out on their website for discounts.
