I popped along with a group of Vegetarians and some Vegan friends. Although the food was questionably delicious, the staff thou was highly questionable. I was with a group of about 20 or so if even that. Clearly they couldn't handle the amount. Yet the group in Grand Canal Dock after a theatre production, last time, the staff there were very much able to handle the crowds. SO getting back to Baggot St., I first started off with Bruschetta Originale "Milano". I was wanting a vegan version of this. The person opposite me who is a vegan, was helping. I was enquiring with her a few times. I asked the waiter if he knows its vegan, he didn't know the meaning of the word. The bruschetta was lovely. No question. Next was the main which was Veneizan. Now this is a pizza. I assumed it was vegetarian. I only picked it because .30c was being donated to a good cause in Honduras or somewhere. The pizza itself was alrite. The crust was quite hard. Next was onto the the dessert, which was Leggera Sorbet. This was lovely. heheheeh. Out of the whole three, I deliciously enjoyed the Bruschetta. I then enjoyed a delicious Mint Green Tea, that my mate on my previous outing enjoyed. It was heaven. mmmmm

We haven't been in Milano's for a few months ,They appear to have reduced the portions on the kids menu by 50%. I don't know where they found such a small plate for the kids brownie .not value just cheap

I went for lunch with my husband. He had a traditional calzone, which he seemed to have really enjoyed. I ordered pizza giardina (the veggie one) and I was pleasantly surprised by it. The atmosphere was great too, and service was fast, which makes it a very convenient place for lunch on a week day. The only downside is that it seems a bit pricey to me but then again, we must treat ourselves from time to time :)

Went here for my daughter's 2nd birthday with my husband. We had a great time. She was given crayons, stickers etc on arrival. The kid's menu is very good, there are 3 courses but for my daughter's age you can order just a main for a lower price. I went for American hot pizza and my husband went for pollo pesto pasta. As always with Milano, we really enjoyed the food, it's very tasty. They do coffees with small desserts on the side which is perfect after a big main. We had a 25% off voucher so our bill came to €33.44, really good value and an enjoyable experience, will be back!

We were greeted straight away and brought down the back to a very noisy area with kids walking around the place etc. Not once were they asked to sit down by any adult that was with them. I know this is not the restaurants fault, but this does make it, an not so good experience for other dinners. My children have being going to restaurants for years. We have conversations but they never walk around where hot food is being served and other people are trying to enjoy themselves. We had a bit of a wait before someone came to take our order and when I went to order a glass of wine which I wouldn't consider a bargain the 3 lowest price ones where not available. The wine I did choose Barbera d'Alba was very nice but that's not the point . My son had the Dough Balls and I had the Bruschetta both were really excellent. My Husband had son had Pizza and said they were really good. I ordered the Melanzane Parmigiana but when it came down it was burnt to a Cinder. I said it straight away and was assures I'd have another one in five minutes. Which I did, but it should never have come out to me that way. I feel I should have been offered bread and olive oil or a glass of wine as my family were finished eating when mine came down and I sat there with nothing while they ate their pizza. When it did come down it was fabulous. No one else has mentioned this but what's the story with the wait staff running instead of walking? The food is not cheap but the quality is very good and very fresh.

Called in for lunch.I was pleasantly greeted on arrival. Service was excellent. It was genuinely warm and efficient. There was a also a good management presence notable. I really enjoyed my mushroom bruschetta followed by lasagne. Both dishes were very tasty, well presented and piping hot. The atmosphere was very nice in this bright spotlessly clean eatery with tasteful music playing in the background at an acceptable volume. I noticed an open seating area outside beside the canal which would be lovely on a fine day. My only small quibble would be the bill. 24 euro for a starter, main and a soft drink is a tad overpriced. Overall however a most enjoyable dining experience and I would both recommend and return to this restaurant.

First of all i would say i have been in here 8+ times but this time i was disappointed to say the least, our visit did not start well and we actually left before ordering. There were a number of reasons for this, firstly we stood a long time before being seated. Looking around there appeared to be two groups around us who seemed to be wanting service and not getting it. A couple in after us had their order taken before us and IMO the prices seem to have gone up as well. I think they have a fantastic location and such but it's the small things that matter and so after a 10 minute wait we left.

I visited Milano's on Baggot Street with a large group of friends. We were well catered for and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Really nice pizza's and paste dishes and the house red went down a treat. Quite happy with the service but there was a bit of a mix up to begin with our seating arrangements. Definitely recommend.

Had lunch here in a group of about 8 people. When we booked the table we were advised to order in advance to avoid delays, which we did. On arrival at the restaurant we were seated straight away and given drinks and everything, and after about 10 minutes of sitting waiting on our food, one of the waitresses came over and asked us if we wanted our food now! So then we had to waited about another 10 mins, so much for pre-ordering! I had the cannelloni which was nice, small enough portion though. We shared dough balls which were pretty dull. Everyone else had pizza and there were no complaints.

The best thing about our visit was the service which was really friendly, prompt and obliging. But our pizzas were good too. However, be careful of the Etna - it was too hot for my taste but my son loved it. The Diavolo was hot too but not in the same league. Desserts were fine but nothing out of the ordinary. If you can get a table downstairs you can look out on a very pleasant green space. The prices are high for what you get but they always seem to have a special offer which makes it more affordable. I'll be happy to return when I have a voucher to use.

Arrived with two friends on our way to an art exhibition. I had made a booking but we waited a good ten minutes before anyone came to seat us. The front of house had several seats free and we sat at one of these tables. However when the assistant came she said we could not sit there and instead brought us to the back where there were seats filled with young children and was terribly noisy. We could not hear each other! The food and wine were ok only. Two pizzas were overdone to burnt and one was soggy. The server was sullen and unfriendly and we won't return there again.

A great spot to enjoy decent food, good portions and good weather with good views. A bit pricey however worth it. I ordered the light pizza with salad which was very tasty and my boyfriend the salmon which was somewhat bland. Good service however and definitely recommended.

An excellent choice of restaurant to enjoy the sunshine and good food. Myself and my boyfriend dined here and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The waitress was very friendly and efficient. I had the chicken salad with goats cheese and it was delicious. A substantial meal, the portion was good and was very filling. My boyfriend had a thin based pizza which filled him up but still left room for a few pints after. There also was a good choice on the wine list. It was a great place to enjoy the sunshine on a Friday evening along the canal in Dublin city.
