Really love this restaurant and always come away happy with the experience. On this occasion, my main was a little salty. I told the staff and both the manager and chef came to check back with me and offer a replacement. Very good service as always.

went on a Sunday afternoon, and didn't mind having to wait for a table at all, even though I had booked. The service once we had been seated was very fast, not a lot of time given before we were asked for our orders. The starters were really good and we both looked forward to our mains. There was very little time given between courses and a little bit more time would have bee good. Unfortunately the mains were very disappointing, both looked and tasted quite lacklustre. Overall, the food was inconsistent and the whole experience felt quite rushed, have to be honest and say I wont be returning

have visited here before, usually on an early bird. but decided to go on a sat afternoon with kids. etc.. while food was lovely, it wasn't quite worth the price as no deals/offers available due to it being weekend. would still visit again though

This restaurant is good for a quick bite to eat after a few hours on grafton street, they do nice pizza (although the base is v thin), homemade tomato sauce and tasty toppings try the pepperoni. They also have pasta which doesnt taste fresh fresh but is still good, prices particularly cheap at lunch time.

A group of friends and I went here on a bank holiday Monday for some lunch and were not impressed. We found the service to be pretty poor. We asked for some water for the table while we decided what we wanted. The water was never brought and instead they returned a second time to take our drink orders. We ordered from the ala carte menu and had a variety of insalata's, pasta and meat dishes. We all agreed that the portions were very small and the prices were quiet expensive as a result. €15-18 euro for a main Perhaps their early bird menu offers better value but I can't recommend the place on our lunch

My wife, son and I were walking around Dublin looking for something other than the run-of-the-mill pub food when we walked past Il Fouco. As we were looking at the menu out the front, a delightful (and beautiful) young lady invited us in and that we can still have their early-bird menu. The food was of an excellent standard and the ambience was relaxing. The young lady is a credit to this establishment with her intent on being hospitable. The owner also made himself known and his genuine hospitality was overwhelming. Would highly recommend Il Fouco Cafe to anyone who wants to enjoy a lovely meal.

Myself and my girlfriend dined here by chance, having seen the early bird menu (3 courses for 16.95). We were both nicely surprised. Place serves simple food but its very well cooked and very tasty. Staff are friendly and courteous. For starters we had soup and bruschetta. Our mains were frutti de mare (seafood spagetti) and chicken with ratatouille. Both were delicious. Portions were quite big aswell. Had profitteroles for desert. Would recommend and return.

tried this restaurant using a menupages deal voucher. even without the voucher i could see from looking at the menu it was very well priced. the staff were very welcoming and couldnt do enough for us our whole stay. i had chicken wings to start and my boyfriend had the mushrooms, we both had a chicken and pasta dish in a creamy sauce, neither of us had a complaint and we will definately return.
