Cheap and cheerful Monday evening get together. The food is very tasty and the staff are very polite and helpful. A nice place to meet up with some friends and hang out together for a while. The Classic Chicken burger was very tasty. My girlfriend really enjoyed the vegetarian burger. I would recommend this restaurant as a nice, relaxing place in which to meet and catch up with friends.

Had reserved a table for 8 for a family celebration days in advance, but when we arrived the manager had forgotten to tell the staff on duty about the booking, so there were no free tables available on arrival. The waiting staff were, for the most part, very accommodating & apologetic in trying to seat our party together as quickly as possible. nGreat food & something on the menu for all the family & all dietary requirements. Good value for the quality of the food.

Popped in with a friend for after work, was disappointed with my chicken cesar salad, there was more croutons in it than chicken, both the chicken & bacon was over cooked and there was very little dressing. We were waiting over 30 minutes before anyone took our order and it took over an hour for our food to arrive. I wont be going back again in a hurry.

I had the vegetarian two item special with Caesar salad. It was good. Not amazing. My daughter was delighted with her kids hamburger. I don't like being seated and told we will have to move tables if a party of four shows up. We had a lot of shopping with us and needed the room a booth provided. I'll go back again, but mostly because it's convenient and my daughter likes it.

Need to wear hat and scarf during the meal and be prepared for a long wait. Place was freezing. They said they couldnt close the window. Waited an hour for incomplete order. Needed constant reminders for drinks and side dishes. Food just average- nothing special. Expensive for what you get. Staff couldnt cope even though there were plenty of empty tables. Disgruntled customers all around created depressed atmosphere. Wont be going back.

I ordered the small beef burger which was absolutely delicious. The meat was tender and juicy, and the toppings were lovely and fresh. Chips were nice but they only have chunky chips with no option for skinny fries which I prefer, but very very tasty food. I'd also recommend the falafel burger too, I've had that before it's lovely.

I chose GBK to try a nice burger and it didn't let me down. The food and service here were excellent. And the atmosphere is perfect. I liked the outside seating area. We will be back again soon.

Went with a couple of friends during the week, I tried the Greek lamb burger, which didn't really taste like lamb, was nice but not great, one of my friend had the falafel burger, which looked very tasty and light, would try a vegetarian option next time. Surely would be back as it is very convenient for a quick bite and the service is very efficient.

I was disappointed again today by the poor service of this restaurant. The only other GBK I have visited was the Temple Bar restaurant and it seemed fine. I thought my first experience in Sth William St, where I was made late returning from my lunch break might have been a bad day for these guys, but they seem very much used to failing to provide an acceptable level of customer service. I walked out today after waiting 30 minutes for a glass of water and a bowl of chicken wings. A glass of water should take 10 minutes at an absolute stretch. I was sure I would be late again if I waited for my order and I was already too angry to pay for this poor service. I won't be back and I hope others will be saved the experience.

I love these Restaurants and I've been to this one about 3 times before. They are very friendly and the food is very good. Value for money is very good and usually the service is excellent, but this night it wasn't especially busy even thought it was Culture Night, but I did notice that we were forgotten about. Other where served before us that came in after us and that gets to me. Still a 4 out of 5 and the Falafel burger is a winner!
