Fallon and Byrne opened its doors in 2006 when owners Paul Byrne and Fiona McHugh decided to lease the old telephone building on Exchequer Street in the heart of Dublin 2. This restaurant, deli and specialized supermarket was originally inspired by New York style brasseries, and business certainly took off from the moment Fallon and Byrne opened its doors.

Tom Meenaghan is at the helm of the kitchen in Fallon and Byrne. Wine is also an essential part of the restaurant with it having over 600 different varieties on its menu. Executive chef Tom and head chef Nick Noakes have personally cooked for every party, dinner and event ever held in the restaurant, a fact which indicates their commitment to the highest possible standards for Fallon and Byrne.
