I heard great things about this place and maybe that's why I was a bit disappointed. It was fine, no different to any other burger place really other than the limited menu. We were sat at a bench where my backrest was another man's back and the light was shining straight into my partner'a face, nothing to cry about but a bit of an annoyance after having to wait so long for a table. It certainly wasn't bad but I don't think it lived up to the hype.

Lovely food. Will defo go back again. Pity it falls down on with the service. Asked for no pickles - got pickles. Asked for ketchup - had to ask twice. For such a basic restaurant it would be amazing if they got those things right. Also was very cold as in draft where we were sitting as people kept leaving the door open & the staff didn't seem to notice the gale blowing through.

I was sceptical about this place before going but have been twice now in the last 10 days! Tiny menu, literally and in general which i loved. I had a Cheese burger the first time cooked medium rare. The meat is great quality and as soon as you take the first bite you realise what all the hype was about. The second time I ordered it medium. Medium rare was good but maybe a little bit too rare. Medium still comes out red. The burger is served wrapped in good quality paper with Bunsen branding, on a tray with anything else you ordered, no frills. Shoestring fries were good and crisp. I've heard people say they thought it was expensive. I disagree. The burger is what it's all about at Bunsen and every aspect of it is the best quality and sooo tasty!!

Good simple burger, nice ingredients and cooked well. Sweet potato fries are very expensive at twice the price of regular fries but overall menu is quite cheap

Really juicy and tasty homemade burger and sides. Sweet potatoe fries were good...potatoe fries were even better! One patty is more than enough-will definately be back

I love this place. The burgers, fries and milkshakes are delicious! Gluten free options and always perfectly prepared & cooked. It gets really busy and you may be waiting a while but with so many bars on Wexford street you are spoiled for choice with where to wait. As it is busy it can be difficult to get extras from the servers/get the servers attention, they are always very friendly however.
