Fabulous steak & lobster special. Very good value for money. the only let down was the expensive cocktails with very little alcohol. we will definitely be back

My boyfriend and I went here on Sunday. We were really excited. we had booked table and we were asked to wait at the bar while they got it ready - We had a drink at the bar and were brought to our table. We didn't get a starter. I got a steak and my boyfriend got the surf and turf. To be very honest the steak was fine but nothing extra we both felt that way. The Lobster that comes with the surf and turf was decent and tasty. The fries were really good but the sauce you only got a slight bit - another let down. I ordered Tarte tatin as it's one of my favourite desserts I was really disappointed, the sauce again tiny amount and it was burnt. I was going to send it back but we didn't have the time to wait another half hour for a dessert to come out. We wouldn't go back in a hurry.

Visited with a group of 5 last night. My boyfriend ordered the whole lobster which was severely undercooked but he ate it anyway, another got the lobster which was perfect. I had beef wellington which wasn't great, beef was very chewy and pastry was very oily. I had tarte tatin which was very oily too,not enjoyable.Drinks are very expensive, wine is €33 a bottle. Staff are very slow too in taking orders even for drinks. We won't be returning.

Food & service excellant. Did think starter & desserts a little overpriced, but lucky we were on a deal. Wine also overpriced. Mains very good value & very tasty.
