The food here was really great as was the service. The staff of the bistro were attentive and present in a way that can't be faulted. The food was beautiful and very well prepared, even though the staff were busy they weren't at all negligent of their sections. I would definitely return as it's a venue I never would have thought to try before. It definitely lives up to the Doyle Collection name.

Very nice restaurant with good food. We had seafood starters of crab, very tasty but a little bit on the small side. The mains were excellent though - I had fillet steak that was cooked to perfection as was the duck my wife got. The two cheese boards that followed gave us an excellent array of Irish cheeses. We got the house wine which was a very robust red, just perfect.

As far as hotel bar food goods this ticks all the boxes. The staff & service was attentive and excellent. The food was nicely presented and very tasty. We stuck to mains only and a bottle of wine on this occasion. It was obvious that this place was popular as most of the dining tables were occupied. Reasonable value for hotel food.

Had a very positiive experience here a while ago when we decided to check out the hotel when passing by. Had a lovely starter; warm butternut squash salad and a super steak. Service was excellent, very capabale waiter and loads of nice service elements; they come over with a bread basket and you get to choose your bread, also get a recipe of the chef at the end of your meal. Pity this place is not closer to me!

Go here quite regular for lunch as its nice and close to work. Food is lovely, they do a great Chicken Burger and the sandwiches are lovely too. My only fault with it is the service is sooooo slow, so we always tend to have a nice long lunch :)
