A stark difference experienced in the bar compared to my experience in the balcony cafe. We were served by an extremely pleasant, smiling and helpful man. We both chose breakfast items which were very tasty and great value. A daily carvery operates with five choices of main course and I will attend again to try it.Overall highly enjoyable

Called into the balcony area while waiting for steam train. The service was disgraceful. It was rushed and unsmiling from the two woman behind the counter. The chocolate cake was banged down on the counter and came with the plate nothing else. Not a sight of cream anywhere. Others in the group remarked on the bad service. Overall a bad dining experiece

Stopped here for a panini and a soft drink prior to boarding a railtour. What I experienced was a perfectly heated and very tasty panini served with a smile. This eatery is centrally located in the main concourse of Connolly station. The atmosphere is fine. One can take a seat, relax and people watch as well as spot a few trains! I also noticed a very tempting range of cakes and pastries which I will try on my next visit. If you are waiting for a train here hop in and grab a snack you wont be disappointed.

Very nice place for lunch. Staff is really friendly and will look after you well. No low-fat options on this menu unfortunately but it's great for pub food. Atmsophere is nice and relaxed.
