What a great visit to Le Bon Crubeen, the staff are warm and friendly and also very efficient. It is a lovely atmosphere and I particularly liked the background music! Regarding the food, the fish tacos were let down by the bland tortilla shell but the filling was quite nice, a lightly battered piece of fish and a mixed coleslaw. The crayfish and avocado salad was fantastic it was filled with crayfish and was very visually appealing. I would find the starters slightly on the expensive side but they were nice overall. For the main we had the haddock with a chickpea ragu, which was simply delicious and the braised beef cheek, which although slightly tough for braised beef, packed a flavoursome punch. Overall I really enjoyed my meal and would be very happy to return!

Really tasty food in a buzzy atmosphere. Bill for two people came to EUR90 for 3 courses, coffee and a bottle of wine, including tip, which we thought was great value.

My husband and I ate here with a menupages voucher. We thought the place was incredibly buzzy but would recommend sitting at 8ish as we got a table at 9pm and halfway through the meal our area was quite empty. Service was very good and friendly throughout however we had to ask for dessert menu after waiter went missing for quite a while. We really enjoyed our food. Our bill came to €80 for 1 starter, 2 mains, 1 dessert and 2 glasses of wine each. We would definitely return, really enjoyed it overall.

Staff at Le Bon Crubeen are very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and cheerful. The food is good but not exceptional. I had brought Spanish guests hoping for a more Irish menu but apart from a few dishes, it was a pretty standard menu. Reasonable value for money.

Party of 3 - friends out for an early bird meal. Food was beautiful. The starter of Char grilled Peach and Feta salad was so unusual and very tasty. We all chose Traditional fish & chips, one person had salad instead of the chips, not a problem and lovely variety in the salad. Coffee to finish. Highly recommend this restaurant and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable staff and service. Our main courses were faultless. However one of our starters, 'Crispy Crubeens' was somewhat overcooked and dry.

I've been to this restaurant many times over the years and was always very happy with everything so was looking forward to treating my niece to dinner there. I had a voucher through menupages for 40 euro of food for 20 euro. I was disappointed with the main courses we got. As we had the voucher we had to order from the A la carte. However, I felt some corners were cut due to us having the voucher. My fish and chips came minus the pea puree and the other main course was quite small. The quality of the food was good, it was the quantity that let it down.

Fabulous food service and value. The diners at the next table were recommending the lemon drizzle cake which they said was 'out of this world' and it was!
