Award-winning chef Ross Lewis is at the helm of the kitchen in Chapter One restaurant, located in the heart of the city in Parnell Square in Dublin 1. Chapter One is one of Dublin’s finest restaurants with a reputation for delivering culinary excellence in an informal and friendly environment.
Ross is the chef and joint owner of the restaurant and he is an award-winning Michelin star chef as well as being a published author. He is originally from Cork but has been dominating and influencing the Dublin dining scene for the last fourteen years. In 2011 he was the head chef for the State Banquet during Queen Elizabeth II’s state visit to Ireland.
