We spent 16 days in Ireland and this was without a doubt the best thing we ate in Ireland, and I thought most of it was great. We are foodies and really enjoyed the Open Goat Cheese Sandwich. It was huge, beautifully presented, and a great value! We met the chef, who was filling in for the day, and enjoyed being able to share our excitement over the food with her. This is such a hidden gem!

What a fantastic steak sandwich! Very unexpected! Watercress, caramelised onion a porcini mushroom, and buttery steak with parmesan - extraordinary! Flavourful, plenty of it (and hand cut fries) and very good value for money. The desert was a disappointment for me, I had a lemon meringue pie that tasted like vanilla! However my husbands chocolate torte was enjoyable he said. The staff were very pleasant and professional. I will definitely visit next time I'm in Kinsale.
