We wanted to offer something fresh and exciting here. Our new menu is a testament to well-prepared, traditional favourites at decent prices, says Head Chef Aidan O’Driscoll speaking about the recently renovated Mill Restaurant in The Blarney Woollen Mills Hotel. Aidan couldn’t have said it better because The Mill has undergone a dramatic transformation. The decor is bright and airy, with traditional stone-flagged floor and casual, farmhouse-style wooden tables. A rejuvenated menu, captures the essence of Aidan’s passion for local produce, traditional favourites and to-die-for desserts.

3of us dined here on a Mon - not many in restaurant but service was poor. We had to get our own menus & think our order was a little forgotten about as we were left waiting a long time. When it came it was good - lovely fish but tartar sauce on side of plate with peas, despite the fact that there are lovely little dishes for sale in one side of restaurant! Bit disappointed in that. Burger large & meaty but chips disappointing. A bit underwhelmed but surroundings lovely.

Ate there last Saturday night with a group of friends. Food was to die for and the service was excellent! They had live Latino music so the atmosphere was really lovely! Great food, great service, great value for money, friendly staff & modern restaurant. Would definately recommend The Mill Restaurant!
