" Blarneys Hidden Gem" The first thing you notice about this lovely restaurant is the friendly staff..time to chat to everyone..new and old.The food is always of a very high standard, and their lunch menu ( until 4pm ) at under a tenner plus a free mineral is unbelievably cheap...portions are large and piping hot. My family and I keep returning for birthdays /communions/confirmation and our Sunday lunch/dinner. On one occasion they even opened lunchtime midweek to accommodate our party..brilliant. So keep up the good work guys ..your food and service is top class..you know it and your customers know it..thanks

What a joke, wife got starter, spare ribs.. Like leather. ... I got beef in black bean sauce, had to give it back due to the toughness of meat. Complained, they took food away, came back. Never gave back the plate. Best this is had to pay for the whole lot. Only living 5 minutes walk away, first and last time there. Stay away

This is a small, intimate restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. As soon as we were seated Prawn Crackers and a jug of fresh water were brought to the table. Both A La Carte and Early Bird menus are very good with plenty of choice. Spring Rolls were my choice of starter, followed by Beef with Black Bean Sauce. Both were absolutely delicious and the beef was so tender it could have been eaten with a spoon. Portions are very big too, so make sure you are good and hungry before venturing in here for a meal. For two early birds and two glasses of house red wine it was €41. This is excellent value. Service was great and staff friendly and cheerful. The place was extremely busy during the evening, and it’s no surprise with beautiful food and good service. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

Loved this restaurant. It’s small and cosy and we received a very warm welcome on arrival. They also do a takeaway which was very busy during the evening. The restaurant soon filled up, and it’s not surprising, considering the quality of food and the excellent value on offer. We opted for the 2-course early bird, which was a main and a starter, but it also included tea/coffee or ice cream, which was a nice treat. I had Chicken & Sweet Corn Soup followed by Prawn Curry. The portions are very generous and the prawns were big whoppers! Service was prompt and staff friendly. This is an excellent place for a meal. Try it – you won’t be disappointed.
