The menu showcases several of the very best of Clare Region, fresh fish dishes, including a fresh catch of the day, locally sourced organic salads and their signature dish of Hereford rib-eye steak, for anyone who would like to discover a forgotten dish from the last century, saddle of rabbit.
To complete the evening, the chefs have created some lovely dessert dishes, including a rice pudding with caramelised rhubarb and pistachio ice cream. To complement their menu ,they have an unconventional wine list that will, with the help of their skilled staff, ensure that you pick the perfect wine to accompany your meal.

Fantastic restauarnt with an interesting twist in its menu choices. Most produce is fresh and local - my choice of seabass was one of the best that I have had. The ambiance, music and decor was perfect for a special night out.
