Had a fantastic night there were 8 of us in total the atmosphere food and staff you couldn't faulter would definitely recommend JO'S to anyone

Me and my wife were in carlow for a midweek break and the friendlystaff in the hotel recommended this restaurant to me. The restaurant was quite busy the night i visited but everything was spot on food was beautiful ,service excellent and was really good value considering the quality of food and atmosphere. This restaurant is definitely a must visit.
