Stayed in the hotel overnight with a couple of friends, and took advantage of the dinner offer also. I have to say, it was delicious. I had the chicken liver pate to start, and then the steak as my main, both were incredible. The otherhas smoked duck starter, the veg soup, lamb and chicken, and loved every bite. The staff were so friendly, and they really looked after us, refilling glasses and ensuring we had enough of everything at all times. Would highly recommend this location for an overnight break away with some seriously good food. My only criticism would be that the veg side order is served in cubes, and is not particularly appetizing in appearance or taste.

Met with a few friends for dinner and although on previous occassions I had not been impressed with the Brasserie, it has much improved. I opted for the vegetable soup which was tasty and homely followed by the Chicken which was very nice too. Portion sizes for main course were huge. I didnt pay the bill but understand it was very reasonable. Great outdoor area overlooking the golf course. Will definitely return sooner.
