A perfect spot for a couple of pints and a chat any time of the day, any day of the week. The prices are keen and the chatty and relaxed atmosphere suit a post-work Friday drink. Voted Best Local in 2009. Function room for 130 people available to book.

The food is nice for PUB GRUB its a bit of the same everywhere with pub grub same menu same food, have been a few times for dinner different day but would not recommend going on a match day it has not got its own eating area and it can get quite loud and busy.

Went here for our sunday dinner yesterday, this place is known for good food however the quing for hte carvery and heat in the place takes away from the goodness off the food.
