My wife and I ate here last night & it wasn't great. We decided on the fillet steak only to be told that they had none! Had to opt for the sirloin with pepper sauce on the side. When the order came the steak was drenched in it so we sent it back - the server returned with, what I would swear, were the same steaks with the sauce wiped off them. For dessert a tiramasu - we didn't realise that tiramasu is now made with raspberries and no coffee flavour! Our server didn't ask once whether we enjoyed the meal, were happy with it etc. She didn't really care so I don't care what i write about it. As a local in Dungarvan, I have ate here before and the food was great, now its' not. No Atmosphere here & its' not overly busy for a Saturday.

Ate here over the weekend and have to say it was very very poor. Steak thrown up on a plate - over cooked - dry and tasteless. No service to speak of except someone to take the order and deliver the food. A huge menu but one wonders if anything could be cooked well. Place grubby and dark. One thing that really struck me was how cheap and nasty the cutlery was, and how much of it there was - strewn all over the table. Not expensive but a complete waste of money for what I got. Wouldnt go back.

OK it was a Saturday evening and we did not have a reservation but enquiries made by one of our number before the other three entered indicated no problem..we were seated for forty minutes before our order was taken..Seemingly there was a birthday party upstairs (they should have told us they couldn't cope)..The delivered food was practically thrown onto the table..That said ..the food was actually not bad .. I MIGHT give it another chance if I look in and its almost empty.
