brilliant restaurant for family lunch especially in the summer time as they have a large beergarden for children to play, the locals are friendly and would chat away to anyone, food is simple but delishious the roast beef is something to try as it just melts in your mouth, its just an everyday pub menu but the food is good quality. service was quick and efficiant and catered to all our needs when we asked for extra portions of gravey and potatoes even though they were busy they got them straight away, value was amazing you could get your whole 3 courses for under 20e, definatly recommend it for a sunday lunch, or a communion,christning or conformation party as they have a restaurant area seperate from the pub.
