This is one of my favourite places to eat in Waterford! It is outside the city centre so parking is not a problem. There is always a seat available and orders are taken very promptly. I came here for a pub dinner with my boyfriend one Saturday. I love the decor of this place, its themed on Australia and has items on the wall and above the kitchen to replicate this. The tables are perfectly seated so theres no overcrowding. On this occassion we both ordered Stuffed Chicken with vegetables and chips. When it came out, it looked so fancy that you could see a lot of pride and effort went into it. The chicken was lovely and juicy, the mashed potatoes were covered in gravy and the stuffing was very tasty. I ate the whole lot! You get a good portion of chicken aswell. The staff were also very pleasant and attentive and I was very pleased with the overall experience. Its also a great place to go on a Thurs, Fri, Sat or Sunday Night as the crowd is full of all ages and is a different experience to town. A definate MUST -GO!!!

Have eaten in the carvery here often, good standard pub fare with generous portions, will also do half portions if, like me, you get up late at weekends and find yourself having lunch for breakfast. Also, if you don't fancy all cooked veg with your carvery, they'll give you a huge portion of salad instead, good value

Greasy pub grub at its best... they do a good steak and nice finger food type stuff. Tend to eat here when I've had a few pints and am not in the humour for moving :-). Service depends on how busy it is (it can get really really busy) but friendly enough staff and good value for money.
