Have visited here a few times and will most definately be going back again. Food is great,i got the lasagne wit a very generous portion of salad, coleslaw and fries it was probably the best lasagne I've tasted in a while. Its situated in a handy spot nearby all the shops which is great. I have to say the decor is a bit dated it could do with a revamp! Other than that great food for great value well worth a visit

Nice place, food is average but simple and service is good. In European food the best thing is the simplicity...its not a fine dining place but alright for a weekday meal,

Cheap and cheerful food, plenty of it too, the children are provided with crayons and their menu has a picture to be coloured. We had the nachos to share to start which were lovely, and the warm chicken salad is huge, the potato cakes were lovely. The fish of the day was cod fillets but when they arrived at the table they appeared to be more goguons. The staff were friendly and helpful and the only downside is the place seems a little "greasy/grimy" from the tables to the floors, please hot soapy water every now and again not just the spray and cloth to wipe down.

It was very busy the day we ate there as Spraoi was on but we were seated immediately. Overall the service was very good, except for at the end when we were brought a glass of ice water instead of a latte for some reason. As for the food, I had nachos, which were lovely but came with garlic mayo instead of sour cream, which I thought was a bit odd. My other half had loaded potato skins and loved them. I had the chicken burger for main and it was good. Other half had fish, which came in goujons which is pretty unusual but he enjoyed them nonetheless. It's not fine-dining but then it doesn't set itself out as being that so what you see is what you get. For good but not outstanding food, it's a great option. They closed at 7 which is a bit early though.

I had lunch here yesterday and was pleasently suprised. Although the decor is not much to look at the food was good and filling. I had the chicken, roasted mediteranean veg & feta salad which was delicious. My Mum had the lemon sole goujons which were also gorgeous and came in a massive portion. I'd definately return for some cheap and cheerful grub!

A handy place for lunch but can get very crowded around 1pm ... often a queue out the door. Menu is nice, but having eaten here on multiple occasions I found that i tired slightly of the menu - could have done with better daily specials. Apart from that the food is very good, and served well, with good portions. A very enjoyable lunch in a central location.

The Brasserie is an excellent spot for lunch - located right in the heart of the city next to City Square shopping centre. The have an extensive menu featuring panninis, pizzas, salads and burgers and pasta dishes. I particularly like the loaded potato skins and the chocolate biscuit cake! Good value for money. Staff are friendly and table service is provided. The only downside is it can get very around lunchtime and you can have to queue for a table.
