Top class, top class, top class what more can I say, super food super service, I never mind paying for these as they can be sparce at the best of times, I was a guest of my brother and his wife here it was a culinary delight and I will return with my wife for that extra special treat. Well done peppermill.....!!

It was my first visit and I was sadly disappointed. Food was overpriced and under delivered. Had the lamb and it was actually tasteless. The scallops were over done and tasted of rubber. Service was ok but not what I'd expect for those prices!!

I find it difficult to understand the two negative reviews. I drop into this restaurant whenever I pass by, and I have never had a bad meal. They don't have an over-long menu, which is a good sign. They do fish well, and it's fresh - unlike some Dublin restaurants, which charge a lot more for stale fish. My wife loves their pork. One of their cooks is Malaysian, and you see it in a couple of the courses even though most of it is Irish style. The staff are excellent and friendly, and the bar is good. Management are a treasure - very efficient but also makes you feel welcome in a way that many restaurants have forgotten. You feel they like having you there - not just going through the motions like so many Dublin restaurants.
