great place to meet for lunch. always seating available. great for parking always a spot to be found just outside. food great and always fast service. staff very friendly and welcoming. always helpful if asked bout anything on the menu. pizza parlour great idea and pizzas are generous for price. management very friendly and are always available, great to see. Beer garden at the back great in the summer also. Always a lovely dining experience.

I have eaten lots of meals here over the last 8-10 years when it was "Devane's" & beforehand when it was just "Allens". The food has always been very good here. Gorgeous Garlic Musrooms & Cajun Chicken. Also, the pasta's were lovely. Would definitely recommend this to friends, family or tourists. They have an excellent, very well decorated beer garden to the back where you can look directly onto the River Suir. Great views & you can relax with your drink or food!

This is a very nice pub.Nicely decorated & very clean.Fantastic beer garden,really well designed & maintained & overlooking the river.It also has covered areas which is fantastic for us smokers.The staff seem to be mostly non Irish & are extremely friendly,efficient & nothing is too much trouble.The owner is also very pleasant & helpful.The food is really high quality for a pub.The mixed grill is HUGE & very tasty & only €14.Excellent value.We have also had roast lamb dinner, cajun chicken & sandwiches here,all were delicious & good size portions.Top class pub!!
